I miss my hometown soooo much
Wow I love those complex buildings in the background
They are low budget projects
@Corn On the kayla: The buildings to the southwest of the station on Harway Ave, (on the B64~Harway Ave/86th St. bus line), are varied private apartments & condos.... *NOT* "low budget projects" as suggested by another commenter.
The buildings hidden from view, to the northeast of the train station (on Avenue X, east of Stillwell Ave.) are the Marlboro Houses managed by the *NYCHA. (Yes, they need lots restoration, but "low budget projects" sounds so condescending) .

Yes
John Dewey HS (my alma mater), is surrounded on all 4 sides by an NYCTA spur, revenue trackage & the CI yard. (Yes, you do get used to the noise.....LOL).
Back in "the day" at JD in the 1970s, (to accommodate the number of students who travelled to/from school via Brighton Local), Transit provided a "QJ" or "M" train that would depart Bay 50th St. @ 4:05pm, travel south via CI Station then continue north . This eliminated 8 subway cars of students having to change from the West End platform to the Brighton platform. (Not sure if they are still doing that).
25 June 1973, (my last time using Bay 50th St Station), was a long time ago....LOL.
Its hard to find a R160/A/B
N/Q/W
New York City
Oi
how
Why were all 5 Q trains bunched up? You could even see 2 Q trains at 24:00.
@JaeSean Roberts We have 4 5 6 8 10 and 11 car trains to be precise
JaeSean Roberts I think they mean why were there 5 Q trains in a row. Not the cars. You can see from 15:30 to 24:00 there are 5 Q trains.
MTA is just like that lol. The bus bunching, the trains bunching...
No r160 q trains 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
