Great show! My wedding china is Rosenthal, over 40 years old. I can't resist picking up Rosenthal whenever I find it at a thrift store. Thanks for sharing.
I love that little couch and the teddy on it, too. 28:20 Hase or haas means hare, not bunny. Those iron haircurler heaters look like animals. Very decorative. ❣️
Just WOW. What a wonderful group of very nice people. I enjoyed hearing from them all, maybe especially the toy/doll lady with the skittles and the unusual mix of fantastic pottery dealer. Thank you, George.
Good evening, George. That French horse race game was really cool. I really liked that wash basin set. Never seen one like that. The Danish cup, with the fish on it, was really interesting and nice. I'm not much a fan of slag glass, but Geez! those lamps were fantastic! There was a fleam, in the case with the railroad keys, that caught my eye. I'd like to have one of those. Those books would keep me occupied for quite some time. That bronze statuette, from the 1890s, is definitely my style. I liked the fish that was in the case with the Kewpies. The Hubley racing car seemed priced really well...actually kind of cheap. I liked the coal oil curling iron. There were tons of interesting items there, and the prices seemed quite fair. Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks so much for this, George! That small gree Deco lamp towards the end made me swoon, of course I adored the miniature metal animals, but my favorite was that gorgeous orange peel and aqua blue pottery vase. Gorgeous!
I am amazed by the knowledge that is offered at this show and all the antiques that are here and available there. Some seriously beautiful stuff. I loved those slag glass lamps, kewpie dolls, Wedge wood (ice buckets?) and the glass shoes. Just wow!!! Then the machine that measures gold content is wonderful. Thanks for sharing and allowing me to tag along on your travels. You have a great day and safe travels
I love the videos where you are just blown away by things you have never seen before. ☺ It really shows us that there is so much out there to discover and see. I just love it all! 😁 I think it's great that you can still be wowed and learn something new. ❤
George, this was a great show, the lady was very informative about the pottery, especially about the ine that looked like Fracoma, I have started a collection, it's not my favorite, but it is popular in my area. I always learn and enjoy you! Thank you
Hi George, what a terrific tour of some fantastic & rare collectibles!!! I purchased an antique gas curling iron heater years ago, thought it used kerosene, but just saw that it used gas, so interesting, & informative as usual George, thank you so much, I'm an eternal fan!!
I bet you're really good at Trivial Pursuit. All the random history facts you know! I got a high school ring from Josten's, too. Hmmmm.....do I need that x-ray machine? Hey.... did you know Nicola Tesla invented the x-ray? Machine, technique? Idk. He claimed it, at least. Loved this one! Chocked full of info.
I saw a pretty Orrefors perfume bottle in a charity thrift this week..$25. Saw the exact same one in an antique store a week ago...$20. Sometimes you really can do better in an antique store.
About Giovanni Lentini 19:30 I'm not a cityscape paintings fan but I do like like Lentini style so I did some searching on internet and found severals with the same subject, pattern & colors and I was surprised that on e-bay one seller describe this art as brutalist, really? I did manage to see the price and I would've bought it in a N.Y. minute it was not too expensive. At 55:40 at the Art Deco display I wish I'd seen the price of the cocktail shaker I have a similar one with the very same red lucite handle, and on ebay they sell for less than $50. Salut du Québec⚜
Why is this in German? I closed out the tab, opened a new one and now it is your voice, but I just watched over 10 min with audio of 2 German/Dutch speakers. what on earth?

Oh I have a curling iron heater.. I didn’t see any tags on them🤔 Wonder how much for one of them ?
I find it so hard to find art deco nudes specifically in brass. Some spelter shows up but brass and bronze are really hard to find

George is there any decorated Rookwood at this show?
Hi, George❤
Very interesting and entertaining. But the quality of the booth owners' voices was very uneven, sometimes very difficult to hear or understand.
Pretty perfumes
It’s sad that so many auctioneers are not doing live auctions anymore. There is really no reason not to, except convenience.
That’s a great car
George what was that lady you showed a lamp?
