I really like the longer vlogs, to be honest. You could talk about the weather for 10 minutes straight and I'd like it just as much as a quick, "Here's all the things I did today!" type of vlog.
I'm grateful for fuzzy slippers! It's really cold and windy here today in Alabama and I got to put on my fuzzy giraffe slippers and be cozy.
You've figured out things that took me year to figure out, like being able to reward yourself for doing the little things, when all you can do is little things.
I like the 10-15 minute vlogs, and I love chatty vlogs! It helps us get to know you better, and for me it helps me with figuring out my own depression and anxiety :)

Being from a German family, Schnitzel is ENTIRELY different product. It is more or less a spicy sausage. So good and served with Kraut. In the last week or so you can see major difference. So the meds were working some, however, still having the panic attacks (especially around the start of your cycle) sounds more like a major hormonal imbalance. I'm sure your doctor has explained much of that. BTW: I'm a guy but being around medical situations my whole life, talking about periods or secretions of the human body, I won't bat an eye. Just kind of used to it. I love how you say your 3 things at the end of the vlogs. Some may seem simple or petty to others, but when you are clinically depressed, some times just getting out of bed can be a big deal, let alone getting out of your pajamas, taking a shower, and just leaving the house. Keep it up kiddo. We are all behind you, so don't be afraid to fall. We'll catch you. Promise.
I haaate polystyrene lol ergh makes me shiver down my spine and makes me feel sick lol. I'm the same with cracking nuckles! I've been following your videos for years and you are the reason I have red hair too :) I hope you feel so much happier soon and I definitely think seeing friends and going out is the best medication :) I know when I'm feeling depressed I need to get out my house and do something with someone and make myself happy.
I'm grateful for having such a good job that I really enjoy (I work in an opticians)

OMG the make up! I get the depression/anxiety before your period. Mine gets fifty thousand times worse about 2 weeks before my period as well. Hormones sucks.
I would like to see you make a vlog about you showing us all your Nintendo games. That would be fun. I love seeing you and your friends playing video games. I keep noticing the consoles under your TV.

I always thought that schnitzel was breaded pork and what you are making in New Jersey is often called a chicken cutlet, so I googled it. Schnitzel can be made of any meat, bones removed, flattened, breaded and fried.

I follow several Aussies, like now you you see flowering trees and the lawns getting greener. however here the trees are turning colors and the lines are starting to brown. or you're sitting here sweating and the tuber is sitting there with a sweater on or with winter hat! you think to yourself this is an old video from the winter when actually it's a current video! the best understand all this as to watch Luna's Christmas music video!
You will love iPhone I remember I got the same Sumsung as you just before you got yours and last year I went back to iPhone (iPhone 6 Plus) and LOVE IT!! I have apple everything Apple Macbook, Ipad, Apple TV (no apple watch let's just say that's a little out of my budget at the moment) so I'm definitely a apple fan boy, honestly at the end of the day you are doing this for yourself to look back on & I don't mind the chatting you are a strong person who is so inspiring you are one positive chick

I'm on zoloft, I still get pretty weapy around period times. I don't want to scare you or anything, but I had some pretty bad side effects during the first few weeks. Hopefully you won't have any of that because you've been taking medication already, but just wanted to give you a little heads up.

While I enjoy the length of your videos, I find it difficult setting aside the time to watch them when they are on the longer side. I don't think I've missed any recently, though I occasionally have to go a few days without watching until I get the time to go back and catch up on them.
I will will mention it again agoraphobia. Your mention of the attacks in the city were of no surprise to me it is all part of it. I'm glad you talked about your period. In the past I had asked you several times about it, with the hopes you address it. Your period has a lot to do with your mental health.
