Disney used to have so many holiday specials. And when they left, so did the commercial appeal of those holidays.
40 years ago! My son was about to turn 3 years old, and I was 21. 😢 time passes so quickly!
I bet back in 1984 nobody thought that 40 years later they could go on a device and watch these commercials again.
I'm sure there were a few folks underground who could believe. After all, computers had progressed from being monochrome to being able to have a viable library of programs by this time.
Neat! I like the 3WS commercial here. We still say "3WS" here in Pittsburgh to this day ... and sometimes we say "94.5 3WS."

The McDonalds commercial was cool, don’t remember seeing that one , looks like Schoolhouse Rock !
