Criminal proceedings need to b filed against d CM, holding d PWD portfolio, as it is utter negligence of duty, in not doing up d road since over a year, whereby d vehicle jumpers & axles keep breaking, and with d swaying of d vehicles, life & property is put to fatal risk & innumerous deaths.
