- hello inknation, finally after months of palanning,sorting all the stuff, project done a sidewinder machine I have plans on making a version 2 of this I like the way it hits,precise and the beat,enjoy this one cheers,share the ink
Try putting a grommet on the needle bar
Direct Drive Rotary. Learned with a home maid rotary. Really like the sidewinder machine. 🤔🤨😁
Put the needle in the tube first u can blunt or bend needle that way

In the search bar just type in tattoo handle grip,then all choices will appear,for the needle just type tattoo needle set, then choose which one you prefer,hope it helped.

As this was posted 7months ago, this is probly long forgotten. But I will say that i like the idea. I tried a very similar idea once and found any type of accuator that hits your lever hard will add to movement of the machine itself. Keep working on it.
Must be light weight. Interesting project.
