You can't make a song with this name, this name belongs solely and exclusively to David Bowie
As amazing as the Bowie song is theres absolutely no reason why a song shouldn't share a name with another. Bowie wasn't the only man to write a song named let's dance , he certainly wasn't the only man to write a song titled valentine's day , and there's a whole ass musical named fame. The song is completely different from station to station so there ain't a problem.
