They need to do this with all the big name legends and current stars... Griffey, Mays, Seaver, Miggy, Pujols, etc. Groups of moments challenges for specific players
I don't think Miggy is going to be in the game this year since he just retired.
@@MartinekOak They likely won't have the rights to Pujols either because they typically do not get them this quick after retirement and they would have likely advertised him by now.

yup was thinking the same |ol which would really suck. They always have an issue getting the rights to players once they retire since they're no longer part of the MLBPA
@@MargeryPelnar i still don't know exactly how it works. For example, Curtis Granderson retired after the 2019 season, but was still in MLB The Show 20. He wasn't in the next game, but was back already for 2022. Then you have some guys who retire and aren't in the game again for many years.

I like Mastering MLB The Show as the title. Really relates better to inside the mind of the game than the other title
8:05 if they hit with RISP then yes. last year they were one of the worst teams with RISP, but they showed they can hit with a lot of high scoring games. No one came up clutch in the tight games

This year hitting is so ass I lost a game to someone who hit 2 late HR’s and bunted for 2 runs bc my players can’t field a ball and I can’t make a good shift to block it. Meanwhile I’m hitting good/ perfect perfect line outs

This may be dumb, but I’ve noticed whenever you swing & put the ball in play, you can see the batter finish his swing. Specifically no doubters. I was wondering what setting do i need for that? I hit with the strike zone view & the camera angle is instantly on the ball
