- We back at Demi-fiend on Vengeance.
Breaking the game with the new demon passives, in OG it was the Adversity to 1 turn kill DF.
No stat boosters have been used on Arioch, only Sutras to max out his physical to make this possible.
His stats are high due to fusing level 99 demons into one that pushes the stats higher.
Both Gogmagog & Arioch have the same kind of passive, Arioch pushes out more damage but you have to kill off the majority of the demons in stock for the damage to be boosted.
The new Omagatoki - Strategize, is so broken combined with Arahabaki passive.
Run down of the demon passives.
Omagatoki: Strategize can pass/change demons as many times as you want (Need 2x Fairy Race to cast)
Arioch: Damage boosts by each death demon in stock.
Arahabaki: Buffs/Support skills ALWAYS applies to newly summoned demons (Impaler's Animus).
Baal: Gives 1 press turn if received a de-buff from the enemy (good for Chu that cases Debil).
Nahobino: Gives 100% evasion and half a press turn if evaded.
Azazel: Gives Tarunda on party/enemy.
Tzitzmitl: Gives Sukunda on party/enemy.
Belial: Gives Rakunda on party/enemy.
Amanozako: Reverse buffs from party from bad/good or vice versa.
Dakini: Increases crit damage for all allies.

Ive got a couple questions about the rewards for this in Vengeance.
1. What are those items Pixie gave you
2. Can you still obtain Demi-Fiend's Essence?
3. Is Demi-Fiend as a party member retained when entering another NG+ cycle?
Question does the repel/drain phys skill swap strat still work?
As soon as I saw Omagatoki Strategize I knew it would be used in the most ridiculous jank setups imaginable, but this is just absurd. I love it.

i look it up and belial is only available if player choose chaos route correct? is it possible to use without belial? also that nahobino passive i assume as well it's canon of vengeance skill exclusive?

That aside, the weird strategies people come up with to defeat a superboss fascinates me. This one in particular would never even cross my mind to try it out, but I’m glad it exists. It’s like solving a math question, people use their own methods and approach it differently but the results remain the same

This is the stuff I love to see! Crazy strategies using various demons passive and skills, great stuff as always! Had no idea arhabaki buff transfer works on impalers animus. So dang cool.

They really be getting them Dx2 devs on board lmao. The Strategize skill is literally Tag, even referencing the 'needing two Fairy race demons to activate' part.

Godlike strategy. I knew when I saw baals innate skill for the first time that they were going to be an amazing demon.

I'm curious if Mithras would be useful for any strategies because summoning HIM from your stock just gives instant 1 luster candy

Awesome strat man, was a bit confusing for the 1st couple of mins but you quickly get the flow of it and makes the fight such a joke. Cheers for sparing me and many others the headache

This is actually a really cool strategy and more practical than other cheese tactics I've seen
I want to thank you so much for providing the best possible solution to this nightmare of a fight. I couldn’t have done anything by myself because I tried countless time and I always lost.
But now I applied your tactics and finally achieved victory.
However, I didn’t have Belial because I didn’t chose Chaos so I had to cast Tandava first, which means I had to work with less PT Icons. But this is is hardly an inconvenience, I just had to give more Str to Arioch till he reached 150.
Again, thanks for everything, you are the true champion.

arioch wasnt strong enough for me so i had to farm battle sutras and strenght incenses for 20 hours (with cheat engine speedhack 3x speed) but i ended up beating him with this so thank you.

I'm planning to use masakado as hitter and replace baal with mastema in some situations

I cant seem to use strategize with the same set up in the video. Is there something more i need to meet the 2 fairy req?
How consistent do you think this is because figment slash's accuracy is pretty bad right. I'm considering doing something similar with masakado. Either way awesome strategy.
Figment slash just has 50% accuracy, hit rate is also determined by luck and agility in comparison to the enemy's I believe. My yoshitsune was hitting figment slashes every turn without dragon eye. That being said just slotting in dragon eye should make it hit every time barring if the enemy uses a buff for their hit rate or debuffs yours
Question, is your nahobino build only available in canon of vengeance? im on canon of creation but looking all the aogami essence in that canon, i dont see the first 3 skill available in creation
Not sure if it's vengeance canon exclusive but it's a tsukuyomi essence that gives those skills not an aogami, only played vengeance routes so far so if tsukuyomi is vengeance exclusive then the answer would be yes
@@danielalexandru5415 Means he needs to play CoV at least once. You can only get the Tsukuyomi essences in CoV
Though you can carry one (1) copy of each one into CoC if you really want to.

Could this strat be possible on lower difficulties without the use of belial? On canon of vengeance and dont wanna have to play through canon of creation to get him.
Coc has another super boss, even more difficult than demi fiend if you choose to.
I got belial on canon of vengeance, he should be inside the final room of Shakan near the end of the game

Edit: He IS there, but you only attain him if you’re doing a Chaos COV run. If you’re going Law, you get Michael instead.

Yep, strategy wise theres no rng, except maybe figment slash missing, but otherwise, its just a matter of stats

Maybe it's me not fully understanding how the game mechanics work but why at a certain point of the video you reapplied the debuffs/buffs I didn't see the buff icons blink since it's still the first turn technically
Missed a click by bringing in Azazel again instead of Nahobeeho, so he had to reapply buffs.

Sorry, I haven't reach Demi-Fiend yet and this might be a stupid question but how do we kill our own demons to strengthen Arioch?
Just go find a fight and pull your demons out and have Naho guard and pass all turns till the demons with Naho die (give Naho heals to keep him alive during this)
Takes a little bit of setup but isn't really that hard

The actual answer is that it’s up for debate cause power scalers are still talking about this today with no end of discussion in sight
Well Demi fiend is a human that become a demon, The Nahobino is a god true form but you start being very weak, same as demi fiend. I still believe Demi fiend is the Strongest SMT mainline protagonist even if the Nahobino in Vengeance has fought and beat 4 Superbosses including demi fiend but demi is like Meh whatever you won this one not big deal, plus Gaeas rage just insta kill you maybe in SMT VI when Nahobino becomes the super boss we could tell or worst both demi and nahobino as super bosses at the same time....
I think it’s the Nahobino because in Nocturne the final boss is Lucifer testing you and you don’t actually beat him, while in V you actually can beat a Lucifer that’s stronger than the Nocturne one

He did no damage to Demi-Fiend turn one. All 60,000 damage was dealt in the second turn.

@@AzureGhidorah he used the first turn to set up skills. So I don't how this would remotely qualify as "technically 1 turn".
