That was one of the least bad plays in the video, he was out of cards so he might've tried to play his outs knowing he'd have to double hit the taunt even with the best topdeck possible. Losing 6 HP wasn't what lost him the game anyway.
last night I played arena and I faced a dude at 8 wins that took 5 turns to figure out that the necrotic geist was spowning 2/2s like a crazy man. It wasn't like he couldn't kill it or it wasn't the right play. He was constantly cleaning an infinte army of 2/2s
Serious question: what do you think is the main reason novice players have flooded into Arena? Do you think it was Kripp's video talking about about great Arena is right now? Or alternatively, do you just think it was variance on Kripp's part and he just had good luck getting matched against new players and that it's not representative of a change in the skill demographics of the mode?
