Looks great and one for my layout but that noticeable looping lets it down IMO, I’ll get the standard version and drop in a Zimo Pro drive from Digitrains.
With reference to the two comments below (RHTS & GMR) (1) I can barely hear the chuff to pass comment - microphone too low, or perhaps too small a speaker fitted by Dapol's DCC component supplier? - wouldn't be the first time......(2) perhaps 'white noise' (as suggested by PW) might be preferable, although the Digitrains effort doesn't seem any better. Personally, I think the whole thing is great, and I really look forward to one one my railway.
just ordered one of these and im super excited but im having a problem figuring out which track to use? I live in the USA so we usually have 3 rail. I know there are a few makers of 2 rail here but its scarce... So finding a brand and one that has curves and such is a bit difficult. Atlas makes a flex track but even then im not sure if thats what i need.
Utterly, utterly, utterly gorgeous. Can't wait for this. Well done Dapol!
Would love to get one of these. Stunning model.

I plan on getting one of these, though I can't afford the DCC sound version, which is sad because it sounds brilliant.

WoW! Superb.
That’s Oliver!
The chuffing sounds too abrupt, as if it ends half way through a single chuff. It should be more drawn out with a bit of an echo.
I’m not into steam but what a lovely model
