This song has helped me try and push through my depression. I was diagnosed with sever depression when I was a kid and I have really bad bouts of it. Just a couple weeks ago it was bad. I heard this song and felt at peace. Thank you! You don't know how much it has helped.

I love the message of hope and moving beyond "getting stuck inside a maze of might have beens". Those first steps of new beginnings are godsends. Beautiful song! Rachel did a wonderful job on the video too, catching so much of the emotion in each take.
Interesting to also see the Nine Noble Virtues paired with some neopagan rituals in the video. I had to stand bent over so I could look upside down at the words below the candle. Great principles to live by! (Courage, Fidelity, Hospitality, Self Reliance, Truth, Honor, Discipline, Perseverance, Industriousness) At some point, I'd love to hear more about the symbols, including the one you keep in the video. There's always more to the creative process than what meets the eye. :)
