AVCO Disposal - 1994 Peterbilt 310 Amrep Rail Arm Garbage Truck

For those who don't know, this truck used to belong to the city of San Diego. I'm not exactly sure when they decided to retire this one, but I'm sure glad it ended up with Burrtec. I do wish it wasn't being revved in gear, as it's not as entertaining and it messes up the transmission. This was particularly interesting to film because this one and the ex-ESD 320 were on the same route, and on the same street at times.

They probably rev it in gear so it could go to the scrap faster and not repair it haha. Always love seeing the old Amrep bodies running around!

The pto is off the transmission, that's why the Rev it in gear
