To the Black Man Caucus,
A project for our youth have been on my mind and what to do about it. Forming a Youth Disadvantage Construction Company. Abandon homes that LRA have could be negotiated by the Black Caucus to be purchased. The abandon property will now be owned by the Black Caucus for fixer upper in various community's. Retired construction workers would be needed to teach our disadvantage youth construction work. I believe this will rebuild our youth self esteem Forming a Youth Disadvantage Construction Company. The Black Caucus Foundation could be the channel for our neighborhoods.
Our young people have great potentials if given a fair chance. Everything to gain and nothing to lose and I will be a contributor.
I would love to be a spokeswoman for this project in St.Louis, MO.
This Youth Disadvantage Construction will go world wide, homes will be available at a fair price. Please consider this project.

Don’t you just hate these boring preachers? He had a good thesis, but he should have livened it up a little so the audience wouldn’t be dozing off.
