Fred Mastro has years of experience as a street fighter, bouncer, private security for Jean Claude Van Damme, choreographer and creator of the Mastro Defence System.. Fred is an amazing teacher, Innovator and source of inspiration to many. To the world of martial arts, it is our honor to bring this documentary series to you all and for others to learn about the Contribution MDS is making to the world of Martial Arts and Self Defense.
