    Greenlight is the winner between those 3 brands..it is properly scaled..the best Datsun 510 for me

    To me it seems like the M2 height of the roof from the body is to tall the side windows seems really big. Good video, thanks.

      I was thinking the same thing Graham. The size of the roof is what makes it look so much bigger then the Greenlight. Thanks for watching brother 😊👍

    the HW deco is actually based on a real rally car, and GL has also made one in the same livery. the GL one is pretty sweet and honestly doesnt even look bad next to a TLV, especially considering the price difference

    I think what's off with the M2 is the colors... I don't know it don't look good... Love the Greenlight #46. Hot Wheels is pretty cool too... Have a great week-end Ron! Take Care!

      Thanks Rock, maybe your right because I am not a fan of the paint on the M2 either. I am a fan of the Hot Wheels and Greenlight castings. The Greenlight is the most accurate but I sure love the hot wheels to. Have a great weekend brother 😊👍

    I always love these brand comparisons. Biggest surprise is that M2 is closest to 1:64. I think I like the Greenlight the most.

    • @ronsmusclecardiecast
      @ronsmusclecardiecast  3 роки тому

      Me to Joe, I prefer the Greenlight and its only a small fraction under scale so it's close enough to say its true to scale. I dont know what it is but the M2 doesn't look right, it might be the roof. Thanks for watching brother 😊👍

  • @possibly8180

    The Greenlight definitely is a bargain for the price. Where they slightly pale in comparison to the TLVs are the windshield being a hair too small. The trim being printed on the windshield itself instead of around it compounds the problem, looks like its wearing goggles or something. The front end could use some work too, it looks pretty flat once you compare it to real examples of the car that have a distinct point running towards the end of the hood.

    Nice comparison Ron. I prefer the Greenlight. Agree with you that there is something about the M2 that doesn't look quite right. M2 always seem flimsy or fragile to me (with the exception of their square bodies). The Hot Wheels looks enormous next to the other two.

    • @ronsmusclecardiecast
      @ronsmusclecardiecast  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks brother 😊👍. I think it's the roof on the M2 is to big but it's hard to say. I totally agree that the Greenlight 510 is the best of the group. The hot wheels does look really big its probably around 1/60 scale.

    Greenlight easily wins the round when it comes to the Datsun 510 but if tlv was there as well, it would be a close one with Greenlight. The suspension is a cool add on when it comes to tlv compact cars but it’s not needed but it’s a cool little add on feature by tlv😎 I love those Datsuns and Greenlight knows how to make them. TLV and Greenlight makes the best Datsun 510s when it comes to the casting and livery and size all together and they are both scaled at true 1/64 and the quality control is near perfect so both Greenlight and Tomica Limited vintage did an amazing job ❤️🔥😎🤙🏻👍🏻

      @ronsmusclecardiecast  3 роки тому

      I will admit this is one of the vey few cars that Greenlights quality control does a good job on. For accurate details and realism Greenlight wins . On the other hand their 240Z is the worst on the market 😂. Thanks for watching brother 😊👍

    I have the Greenlight BRE and think it has crappy solid wheels. M2 gets points for the mirrors. TLV is the best with plastic lights and doesn't have opening panels. I like all of them so say get them all.

    • @ronsmusclecardiecast
      @ronsmusclecardiecast  3 роки тому +2

      I definitely agree Greenlight should have made a better effort on the 4 spoke wheels on the bre, but their Watanabe/minilite style wheels on the green machine are much better then M2's. When it comes to fender mirrors most race prepped 510's never ran them especially in the T/A series where BRE ran their 510's .The Greenlight offers acrylic taillights but the headlights are painted but price check the Greenlight is one third of the cost of a TLV and almost comparable in quality...Don't get me wrong TLV would most likely win my vote to....I totally agree with just buy a variant of each 😂. Thanks for watching my friend 😊👍

    Greenlight runs away with it. Not a fan of the 510 until I saw GL version. It is precise and the scale is just spot on. Hot Wheels looks like a freakin crossover next to others and I don't know why people are praising it.

    • @ronsmusclecardiecast
      @ronsmusclecardiecast  3 роки тому +1

      I agree Greenlight takes the win for realism and accuracy. Hot Wheels are the ones who brought stardom to the 510 in the diecast community. Most guys dont even bother to look at pics of the real car, they think hot wheels version is how it looks. A lot of collectors only collect the HW 510 because its trendy and valuable. I do agree it is to big for 1/64 but it is proportioned right for its size and the details are accurate. The stance is a little low and the wide body look is cool but not often seen on the real cars. That's why I said it is kind of cartoonish. But we can like it or not Hot Wheels will always be the most valuable and sought after. I just wish Greenlight would get a little more love on this casting Thanks for watching my friend 😊👍

    Hot Wheels is a stupid and an overhyped brand, Mini GT, Para64 and poprace beats this crappy hotwheels premium in all angles, to my surprise these stupid hotwheels premiums call themselves a brand and they don't provide side mirrors for a car now isn't that funny and disgusting plus they give the same sick painted tail and headlamps detailing..??
