if the killer is revealed its either Dottore or Neuvillette's enemy though its the former for me because in the entire game Dottore is the only guilty convict here, it can't be Arlecchino nor Childe since those two hates killing kids and the rest of harbingers excluding Dottore probably feels the same way

He would experiment on an 80 year old or a 3 month old if it meant getting results. If anything, he'd more than likely leave somebody be once he realizes that they won't give him good results.
