Fun fact: The black cat Nero is based on an old Italian children's song "Volevo un gatto nero" (I wanted a black cat) released in 1969.
The beginning + from 46:57 with Seonghwa, then San and Jongho, it sounds exactly the same as the Italian version.
Of course the theme is very different 😂 in the children's song, a child is complaining that their friends keep bringing them all sorts of animals, when all they asked for was a black cat
In '95, a Korean group called Turbo made the song famous in Korea. This episode of Immortal Song (that Ateez won) was dedicated to Turbo iirc, so Ateez made their own version of the song.

It’s almost Halloween 2023 now! Slightly unhinged Seonghwa is something else! Half the reason I started this Ateez journey was red-haired, manic Seonghwa in the Rhythm Ta performance on Kingdom. I mean I was halfway there, but that was the tipping point.
