“Skinny to muscular is physically harder fat to lean is mentally harder” some might disagree but I’m a bigger guy always have been and I lost 50 lbs the working out was easy for me the eating and correcting my relationship with food was the hardest part after seeing my friend struggle with being small I 100% agree with this quote.
I’m 6’0
Started at 260
Now I’m at 210 in only 3 months but I looking swol (not a flex)
My friend is 5’9
Started at 115
He’s now 126 after 3 months he looks bigger but I can see he still isn’t happy
My point is little guys need more credit this shit ain’t easy
It’s actually both ways. Like if u get fat quickly, it will be harder for you to stay lean even with muscle. But if u naturally are skinny, it’s going to be easier to stay lean and have a 6 pack or something if that’s someone’s goal. So basically if ur skinny, it’s harder to get there but easier to maintain (atleast when ur young) and for bigger people it’s easy to get there, but if u don’t keep ur diet in check u will see that u gained weight
Did you mean that weight loss is easy but skinny people have to do more efforts to make muscle
@@tushti9743 Yes true
Skinny to muscular will be mentally harder because for weak people like us, being weak is in itself a motivation. Because society (including family, relatives friends, teachers), everyone treats us like we are weak. That lowers self-esteem.
Actually the main problem is that our body is not absorbing what we eat.I thinkblean to muscle is comparable easy than skinny to normal because we also get frustrated from eating a lot of things.

Inspiring transformation! It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I'm fed up of looking like a lollipop. Been going to the gym for 3 weeks now. I also got myself a meal plan (which I got online from NextLevel Diet btw) and I am very satisfied with its flexibility and simplicity. What's up with all the negative comments? All the guy is trying to do is inspire people who aren't confident with themselves including himself to start making some changes. Keep up the hard work man, some of us understand the good your doing.
7shabz true papi ❤
7shabz it's not that they are negative it's the fact he's been training 3/4 months and already makes a video about it. Just a bit vein if you ask me
Guess What? What's your point? Lol. So he needs to weight lift a certain amount of months before he can post a video? I bet if he was juiced up and really built then there wouldn't be these comments. Stop coming up with bs to hate
7shabz At least someone who understands. All I read in comments is "Hes still skinny" "All you have to do is eat more" Well "eating more" for skinny people like me, doesn't work. We can eat 5meals a day, and gain nothing. It's because we have fast metabolism. I was skinny my whole life. I always got bullied "ANOREXIC BITCH". And for us,it really really hurts. I watched so many video's, on how to gain weight, nothing helped. I figure out, that working out, is the fastest / better way to gain weight. And i started working out 3months ago, and the changes are big. I just wanna thank you, that you are an amazing person, for motivating us, and believing in us, that everything works. Thank you so so much. ~♡ (Ps:Ik my English isn't good, I moved here to NY one year ago)
Sabina Sabina false. its just a reason and metabolism plays a minor role. as of scientifically speaking if you keep eating every 3 hours and u will gain no matter how fast ur metabolism is :)

What's ur height ?
make sure you are progressively overloading every week
@@SlugMoisture In terms of workout or diet?
@@rightcliquegod7653 If you're doing compound exercises best way to gain muscle/strength is by adding weight on each side every week, roughly about 1.25kg on each side (Progressive overload). But for the diet you should make sure you're getting in a lot of protein and in a surplus of 250+ calories.
@@SlugMoisture Ah thank you! I've started two weeks ago and I'm already seeing some serious changes for some reason, I gained around 6lbs of muscle and not that much fat since my face is still lean and all of my veins not only didn't get buried but are even more defined now which gives me such a thrill in the gym haha! I'm kinda bragging here but I need it, I ate something horrible yesterday and I threw up everything plus I was barely able to eat from yesterday which completely broke that god-streak I had going on and was really demotivating. Anyway, just venting a bit I appreciate the tip brother.
A majority of the people who call you skinny are always fat. Most of the people who are in that gym are in there for the same reason as you, so if any of you are insecure just remember that! At some point we have all been there!

I’ve been gym for 2 years now started at 16 and I can tell right now anyone starting that those results are possible but only the first 3 months or so you won’t continue to grow that fast. You will still grow with effort but it’ll be much slower. It’s like getting good at everything. It’s easy to learn and seem like ur gonna overtake everyone.. but once u hit the basics you’ll still improve with time just not as fast unless you use steroids. Bro keep pushing. After a month of working out you always notice the small changes and that’s what keeps you going. I can relate to you whenever I weight 125 as a skinny boi. I started working out a year go and I noticed the differences in my body. But whenever people started telling me I looked more buff and muscular it was UNEXPECTEDLY I didn’t even believe them at times. it continued like taht until one of my cousins I’ve been around all my life mentioned it to me if I’ve been working out. That’s when I was 100% sure all my progress was actually working. The more you push yourself you’ll start to enjoy other types of workouts such as boxing,CrossFit etc. I started boxing and I fell in love with it. As a kid I was always too shy to join because of my size. But now I thank god for helping me out in this everyday. I've started building muscle at 14 years old, I did do some lifting at 13 yrs old but nothing consistent just getting form down and seeing where I was at. My first ever bench max test at 13 yrs old I got 75 lbs. 5 months later with a little bit of training raised it to 85lbs. I really didn't care about it so I spent my whole summer playing video games. I did do dumbell curls everyday for a month and a half but I didn't stay consistent for the whole summer. I tested again after summer and got 100lbs. For some reason I actually cared this time and knew that wasn't good enough I was 120 lbs and felt I could do more. So I began training with the equipment I had at home and maybe 1-2 times a week at school. I kept a good schedule and always got workouts in. 3 months later we were doing testing at school I ended up gaining 5-10 lbs and my new bench max was 125 lbs. That really motivated me to keep training and that's what I've been doing. I'm now 14, 130lbs and my bench max is 140lbs.

Great, amazing broo! Keep it g, dude, congratulations for you!
I always become motivated to start trying to gain weight and go to the gym late asf at night, then don’t ever actually start to make change
Hey man you’re doing great! As a fellow skinny kid, I’m rooting for you. When I got out of high school I weighed 130lbs at 5’8”. I’ve been hitting the gym for four years now and have been at a consistent 165 lbs. i feel great, and WAY more confident. Keep at it 👌
I was around 6’ tall and weighed around 128 when I started fitness journey around 1 and half months ago. I’m now around 133 and people say they see a difference but I’m Hungry for more. Your videos just makes me more eager and ready to keep going.I can’t wait to see what I’ll look like by month 4. Thanks a lot. Keep grinding 💪🏾💪🏾
Too Real bruh I’m 5”8 and weigh 148 gained 10 pounds in 2 months
Too Real you should work on your diet you can gain pounds a lot quicker and it’s easy to do if you download some some calorie tracker app
I’ve also been working out for a month and a half but I’ve lost weight. Is that bad? Im trying to gain muscle
My good cousin wants to start taking me to the gym after I told him I was planning on going with my sis so I’m tryna watch these for the motivation 😁
At 3:54 the guy on the left 🔥🔥
NO PAIN NO GAIN 💪
Why does it sound like there’s a chicken singing in the song?
😂
Lmao it does
🤣🤣🤣🤣 why there must always be at least a funny comment on every video that I watched?
Lmfao😂😂😂😂
STOP LOL
Good shit. Happy for you homie 💙💙
Bro you have motivated me big time. Into my 2nd week of working out.
After watching this I'm even more pumped now to achieve my goals at home and the gym. I've always been body conscious and always been bullied and hated that's why working out releases me in so many ways. Congratulations on achieving some of your goals and showing the haters that a failer can achieve something great to. Now I'm gonna go and achieve something too hopefully 😄
4:00 the guy at the left was good
That is abs workout. Very good for your abs but quite intense.
Ya ...lol
Plot twist: what if it's actually you 😂😂😂
@@krzr1174 but he's swinging not actually controlling it
Simp 🤭
My school gave me weights class and it motivated me to get into working out, this video boosted my motivation a lot, I'm underweight at 120 5'11", I hope to become something more by the end of this year.
very underweight, i would recommend you bulk first, basically eat way more calories than you normally do, do this while also doing weights, you will gain muscle and fat
You showed good sense at the outset - using light weights to allow the body to adapt to what is suddenly
required of it, and using good style to assist the movement of the limbs involved. Deciding on an exercise
programme to suit your own chosen objectives might be somewhat confusing but there are plenty of
sources of information available. But 3 or 4 sets of min.6 - max.10 repetitions - increasing weight by 5lb
whenever possible - is a good start, always aiming to squeeze an extra rep. towards the higher number
before increasing the weight and reverting to the lower number and going on again. That way you always
have an target in mind to reach and the satisfaction of reaching your set aims. Good work deserves
good rewards.
nice man im just like you i started about 3 weeks for the army and now im starting to see a change, and i feel way more confident
Much props brother, we had a very similar growth early on, along with goals set, except i was never influenced by physique i always just wanted strength. Keep it up 🤙
Bro I’m same like you before ! And I need desperately a change ! I’m trying even to quit smoking ! Just to let you know you just motivated me ! Thank you ! God bless !
Amazing job bro! I’m proud of you. One more thing remember to eat a lot during this faze
