    “Skinny to muscular is physically harder fat to lean is mentally harder” some might disagree but I’m a bigger guy always have been and I lost 50 lbs the working out was easy for me the eating and correcting my relationship with food was the hardest part after seeing my friend struggle with being small I 100% agree with this quote.
    I’m 6’0
    Started at 260
    Now I’m at 210 in only 3 months but I looking swol (not a flex)
    My friend is 5’9
    Started at 115
    He’s now 126 after 3 months he looks bigger but I can see he still isn’t happy
    My point is little guys need more credit this shit ain’t easy

    • @wildk5367
      @wildk5367 2 роки тому +31

      It’s actually both ways. Like if u get fat quickly, it will be harder for you to stay lean even with muscle. But if u naturally are skinny, it’s going to be easier to stay lean and have a 6 pack or something if that’s someone’s goal. So basically if ur skinny, it’s harder to get there but easier to maintain (atleast when ur young) and for bigger people it’s easy to get there, but if u don’t keep ur diet in check u will see that u gained weight

      Skinny to muscular will be mentally harder because for weak people like us, being weak is in itself a motivation. Because society (including family, relatives friends, teachers), everyone treats us like we are weak. That lowers self-esteem.

    • @tushti9743

      Actually the main problem is that our body is not absorbing what we eat.I thinkblean to muscle is comparable easy than skinny to normal because we also get frustrated from eating a lot of things.

      7shabz At least someone who understands. All I read in comments is "Hes still skinny" "All you have to do is eat more" Well "eating more" for skinny people like me, doesn't work. We can eat 5meals a day, and gain nothing. It's because we have fast metabolism. I was skinny my whole life. I always got bullied "ANOREXIC BITCH". And for us,it really really hurts. I watched so many video's, on how to gain weight, nothing helped. I figure out, that working out, is the fastest / better way to gain weight. And i started working out 3months ago, and the changes are big. I just wanna thank you, that you are an amazing person, for motivating us, and believing in us, that everything works. Thank you so so much. ~♡ (Ps:Ik my English isn't good, I moved here to NY one year ago)

    I’ve been gym for 2 years now started at 16 and I can tell right now anyone starting that those results are possible but only the first 3 months or so you won’t continue to grow that fast. You will still grow with effort but it’ll be much slower. It’s like getting good at everything. It’s easy to learn and seem like ur gonna overtake everyone.. but once u hit the basics you’ll still improve with time just not as fast unless you use steroids. Anyways just wanted to say this for people that want to start and think that in like a years time they’ll be 4 times bigger than this guy. Thank you for reading and don’t be scared of going to gym I was skinny too. Only you can change that

    Bro keep pushing. After a month of working out you always notice the small changes and that’s what keeps you going. I can relate to you whenever I weight 125 as a skinny boi. I started working out a year go and I noticed the differences in my body. But whenever people started telling me I looked more buff and muscular it was UNEXPECTEDLY I didn’t even believe them at times. it continued like taht until one of my cousins I’ve been around all my life mentioned it to me if I’ve been working out. That’s when I was 100% sure all my progress was actually working. The more you push yourself you’ll start to enjoy other types of workouts such as boxing,CrossFit etc. I started boxing and I fell in love with it. As a kid I was always too shy to join because of my size. But now I thank god for helping me out in this everyday. Achieving your goal is hard but it’s always going to be on yourself to thrive even more.

    I've started building muscle at 14 years old, I did do some lifting at 13 yrs old but nothing consistent just getting form down and seeing where I was at. My first ever bench max test at 13 yrs old I got 75 lbs. 5 months later with a little bit of training raised it to 85lbs. I really didn't care about it so I spent my whole summer playing video games. I did do dumbell curls everyday for a month and a half but I didn't stay consistent for the whole summer. I tested again after summer and got 100lbs. For some reason I actually cared this time and knew that wasn't good enough I was 120 lbs and felt I could do more. So I began training with the equipment I had at home and maybe 1-2 times a week at school. I kept a good schedule and always got workouts in. 3 months later we were doing testing at school I ended up gaining 5-10 lbs and my new bench max was 125 lbs. That really motivated me to keep training and that's what I've been doing. I'm now 14, 130lbs and my bench max is 140lbs.

    I got to be honest with you. When you started doing DLs at 3:47, I noticed a protrusion on your sternum and then i went back to other points of the video and noticed it as well. If you are wondering, it is called Pectus Carnatum, and judging by your age, you could still be growing and could potentially get worse.
    I'm telling you this because i had the opposite of this abnormality called Pectus Excavatum, where the chest was caving in. I suggest seeing a doctor or asking your pediatrician about it just in case it gets worse.

    Well done my friend. Finding the will power to stick to something like this is very hard to come by and you managed to do it. I am a 24 year old man at 6 foot 4 inches weighing just over 10 and a half stone. Ive never been able to put on weight and have always been on the underweight spectrum for my age and height. Ive recently found the will to make a difference and so far by watching your video, it has given me the greatest motivation because the way your body was at the start of the video is extremely relatable to myself so now I've seen that i CAN make a difference. Keep up the work bro!

  • @songsmith31a
    @songsmith31a Рік тому

    You showed good sense at the outset - using light weights to allow the body to adapt to what is suddenly
    required of it, and using good style to assist the movement of the limbs involved. Deciding on an exercise
    programme to suit your own chosen objectives might be somewhat confusing but there are plenty of
    sources of information available. But 3 or 4 sets of min.6 - max.10 repetitions - increasing weight by 5lb
    whenever possible - is a good start, always aiming to squeeze an extra rep. towards the higher number
    before increasing the weight and reverting to the lower number and going on again. That way you always
    have an target in mind to reach and the satisfaction of reaching your set aims. Good work deserves
    good rewards.
