      Try to this. Preheat at 200c then turn down to 180 on top and bottom 170c for 19-21mins

    Hi, Chef. how long is your chocolate baton? is that 5cm is to short? I thought the standard is around 3" or 7.5cm?

      5cm as well you can simply cut it into 5cm and keep the off cuts choco for other purpose.
