I’m an electrical contractor in New Jersey and have been a fan of yours well before the channel when I was a kid out riding (including incline club) and if you guys ever have any electrical questions I’m here for you guys. I think the channel is awesome, your message is awesome and the things you do for the bmx community are amazing
I think right now would be good for BK to enter a competition. I can tell he is putting everything into it and his focus is on another level with all those first try tricks. I liked the ninja kick to back wheel balance on the 1/4th ramp
You guys should do a big dirt landing off to the right of the quarter after the box jump landing. So you can hit the box, hit a quarter hip to dirt, then do a dirt jump line!
I love that instead of being super picky and not trying to weld, you guys just all tried out the welder and eventually figured it out!! Sometimes that's the way you gotta learn
@@toxicedge1574 might be for work related reasons he isn't supposed to be doing this stuff on the side, or he just chooses not to show his face in the videos so they keep who he is private
If your welding a thicker piece to a thin one, just do swipes into the thin material keeping most of the heat in the thicker side. You guys are doing great! That circle spot is fine its just where he stoped.
Congrats to all of you for completing this huge project. In a short time really. Love the setup. Sure the boys will be killing it all day. Def think ypu should do the 20 gap list. Thanks and have a great day.
ive said it a few times now..PLEASE go bigger with the park. DO IT! BIG 12' tall quarterpipe..More ramps,transitions,boxes,rails..Build this sucka UP!! :)
The brown stuff on the weld is silicone deposites. Also if you're doing but welds, crank your heat to the next thickness and we down hill.... you wouldn't do this on inspection work but for what you guys are doing it's fine. Welding up hill is always harder because the heat rises and causes blow outs.
With the welds when they are cooling they shrink and pull. Thats why you need jigs or clamp it down. If i saw correctly the circle in the weld was rust. After you stop welding you want to hold the mig gun there to let the gas purge the area. Especially when its still molten. If you use flux core wire you dont need to but gas on mig and tig is important. Thats why the gas flows after you stop.
I've welded a little bit (learned from dad and autobody at school) the "3 keys" is heat gas and materials. If u can balance those 3 well compared to what ur actually welding, then the machine actually does the work u just have to draw where u want the metal
Put some window caulking under the metal plates that are slapping, i like how quite the ramps are for the most part :) is that uhmw on the under layer surface ?
I'd like to see Matty kickflip the box jump but instead of a fly out, downside the landing. It seems like a mild box jump so it might be feasible? Might make for good content? Cheers
Oh no no no, you’re not almost out of room on that angle, keep filling that puppy up. Now do another beat below that one but over lap it half way or 50% over the first bead, then do the third bead on the top with 50% overlap on the second bead you just put in, then continue over and over until that whole piece of angle is a solid triangle.
The Corey revert counted. It was obvious the only reason for the bail was was an unforeseen obstacle and the trick was completed. It was completed a split second before the bail. But completed nevertheless.
If you guys are going to be welding a bunch, make sure you are all being careful of your eyes. Arc eye is not something you want to experience and you can still get it if you are standing 30ft away from the arc.
What I learned from this video series: "Its gonna open up so many lines."
🤣
Or “the head engineer”
No cap😭😭😭
True dat
😂
quick question Scotty, are you guys planning on painted the ramps? I really think you should! add your Cant slow down logo on that sick wall!
Scotty never answers comments.
@@EazytheNDAcaptain he replied to my comment once about Mattys bike flip.
@@Rileys_dad very rare
Guys relax. The man just wants to see some decal on the ramps
@@jc9291 Yeah guys! 🤨 And I want to see some colors! 😁
I'm so unbelievably happy to have Ricky back on the channel so much. I missed the big guy. I hope he does great in the next round of FD ProSpec.
Ricky is a boss and his girls is a total dimepiece spinner. Dude's the man.
The welder comes out and Ricky appears
4runnerColorado Proof Please 😆
Hell yeah. I miss having all the originals in the video. So cool to see them. Now we need the freaking man Ronnie surr back
I love how its been like 13 years and ricky's bike has the same parts
thats some future proof parts...
🗣It’s Definitely A Husky Nation Approved Build!😂
2008?
No money wasted
It's been 6 years not 13
My only advice for matty if he does do a lot of welding at one time is long sleeves. You can get some pretty good sunburns from exposure to the skin.
YUP I learned that one the hard way LOL
I also enjoy a welding hood. My hair is getting thin on top and those sparks hurt more and more every time lol.
@@neonnerd1364 lol
I weld and i was just thinking exactly the same
You can use sunscreen also. I do that in the summer when I weld wearing shorts

Is it ok to swap a 220v 50 amp breaker with a 220v 30amp? The wires are 6 awg. I need to run something that needs 220v 20amp
I’m so happy to see Rick ride! Man always puts out such amazing vibes
facts
I will be so happy to see Rick ride this skatepark

SCOTTY, you need a tower for filming and Announcing :)
Weld up some stairs onto the top of the white cargo trailer. ;)
Learns to weld 5 minutes ago, Builds filming tower lol
This park is looking awesome! Glad to see Ricky back around, he's great!
I would love to see you guys make a bike with the welder that can be bar spinned and tail whipped
Underrated comment, this is a great idea
I love that instead of being super picky and not trying to weld, you guys just all tried out the welder and eventually figured it out!! Sometimes that's the way you gotta learn
Welding bit is very interesting! Keep it coming!
Yall are great man positive energy all the time staying motivated man love it keep doing what yall do
So nice seeing ricky! Definitely a channel favorite 😁
Idk the circumstances but you guys should’ve built your own skatepark right after the Incline Club closed. Long overdue !
Cory......does, not, count....! ;)
I like seeing Ricky back on the channel lol… brings back to the good ole days
Love how the head engineer has his face blurred out but Donna has to run away covering her face haha
Lol
who even is he, and why does he care anyways

Maybe he went blind and they blurred out the sight loss process 🤔
Corey just seem so much happier these days. Whatever he's doing, keep it up.
Bonus footage: Bloopers (parks looking good guys, well done)
Leeetttssss goooooo BK!!!!!! GG"s on the weld Brother. Keep up the great Vids
That's awesome to see how quickly you guys picked up the welding... Now I want one even more.
Such a sick place for you guys to ride ! So happy for you guys

Dude I'm so happy for you guys having a skatepark again. Can't wait to see you guys all riding together again like the incline club days.
The yellowy/orange blob that sits on top of the weld is silica that comes from inside the wire. Nothing to worry about.
ive said it a few times now..PLEASE go bigger with the park. DO IT! BIG 12' tall quarterpipe..More ramps,transitions,boxes,rails..Build this sucka UP!! :)
You boys built a skate park, give yourselves some credit... OneLove
Love it! Great work everyone. Wonderful that your learning to weld. But one question, when are you building BK’s bowl V2???

I knew Cory could get that fakie!!!
love when ricky smacks the top ramp xd thats ricky move!!!
Yes Ricky is back 💯💯🙌🏼🔥🔥
Ricky is a beauty!

Yes Ricky with the tooth pick smash!!✊🏼✊🏼🔥
Ricky has the same old bike from the old videos that's crazy it's time for an upgrade my man lol definitely riding it until the wheels fall off
I think Cory’s fakie counts. The way he dismounted was cooler than if he’d pulled the half cab.
Congrats on completing!
Nice to see Ricky back in the videos
Alleyoop Downside Whip...New Quarter to Bank..
Great build
Awesome to see Ricky
Corey has to pull it!
Good to see Ricky!
Smashed it looks sick. Your an inspirational down to earth gezza. Derserve your skate park 👌🏻
scotty hit a devious lick on the robbinsville skatepark🤣🤣
😐
On god
The generation controlled by china....
As someone in dermatology, I really suggest you cover up when welding. UV rays are released and welding is an independent risk factor for skin cancer
move the garbage can next to the welder boys, the sparks will light that up real quick
I think you guys should put the mobile setup on the driveway & transfer from that line into the skate park vice a versa
Man you guys ar the reason I smile an I’m sure that’s the same for a lot of people
Well done guys
Yes finally I have been following this since the beginning love to see the progression
Put some window caulking under the metal plates that are slapping, i like how quite the ramps are for the most part :) is that uhmw on the under layer surface ?
Yess boys . Absolutely banging job on that skatepark 🤌
Matty is funnny as hell lmao
Big Rick 💪 😤
Need to move that trash can away from your welding area before you burn your house down
A good way to practice your weld’s is writing your name on some Scrap metal
Cory i am laughing so HARD
Welding Tip, copper plate underneath a hole and my can tack holes by tapping the gun to the pieces. It won't weld to copper so 👌
how u gonna put copper on the inside of box tube

È venuto bene lo skatepark, complimenti ragazzi ✌️
Why is his faced blurred lol? He's been in loads of videos previously.
Oh snap Ricky !
The bones of that ramp is so satisfying to look at
cant wait till they add a rail!!!!
Do a first game of bike on it! 💪🏻
Gotta see Matty go from the wallride into the qp and from the qp into the wallride.
great series. really enjoyed it guys.
Grinder and paint make you the welder you aint!
Well done 😎👍

Looks great, but to be fair, no project is ever done, even when it's perfect. Looking forward to seeing everything you'll do with it.
More Ricky. Simple as that. Great video Scott !
I saw Ricky in the thumbnail and I had to watch immediately
13:05 has me dying 😂
It does not count. Must ride away. LOL
"welder" terms would be that it got warped. then we get mad and bend it back then break it
always great to see og's of the channel like ricky, bk, and cory
I hope the NJ winter doesnt destroy them ramps
Ricky, I'd like to see more then 4 LOL
cant wait to watch cory fufanu that extended wallride!
ricky rules!!!
Need an abubaca and fufanu from Cory on that rail!
Miller 211 should have come with a 110v plug and a 220v plug. They just unscrew from the power cord.
You guys should have Matt welding on a ramp, then have someone come in and do a trick on the ramp mid weld.
You guys should do some tricks while wearing the welding helmet, maybe some kind of backflip variation would be sick
Cory had it
Bring spencer and his boys out to shred the park
That 1st fakie of Cory's counts
I have missed watching Big Rick ride
The Corey revert counted. It was obvious the only reason for the bail was was an unforeseen obstacle and the trick was completed. It was completed a split second before the bail. But completed nevertheless.
