Excellent teaching for the whole Oneness Pentecostal body of Christ! I always enjoyed brother Bernard's teaching ministry when I was in college. Our adversary knows that if he can get a Pastor to fall, he can destroy many. Hence, church leaders are our enemies main target!I have studied church history at length and I have never found anything to substantiate dividing the body of Christ into Organizational Denominational structures. We do need to organize ourselves to preach the whole gospel to the whole world so I am grateful that we do have organization, but I am convinced that we should return to the book of Acts model of the earliest Christians. I always enjoy going to Oneness Pentecostal Conferences where all Oneness Ministers are accepted and recognized. I have been a part of several Oneness Pentecostal Organizations but have found that God's Church is a whole lot bigger than just the UPC, ALJC, PAW, COOLJC, etc.I fellowship with many Apostolic Brethren around the world through the AWCF because it is the heart beat of God to bring us all together as One Body before Jesus comes. I encourage brethren to contact your Oneness Ministerial brethren in your area to fellowship with those in various Apostolic Organizations and independent Apostolic ministries. Diotraphese loved to have the preeminence, so he refused to receive the Apostolic brethren, and forbade those who would. This is perhaps the greatest danger for Apostolic Ministers and we know it not!"Follow not that which is evil, but that which is good."
As a child I believed that the Bible was the word of God and that Jesus was my savior .In 1988 I was drinking a fifth of alcohol a day . I knew that there was more to life than I realized but I didn't know what it was . I had a wonderful girlfriend , we raced motorcycles , we went to bluegrass festivals and did whatever we wanted to do . I realized that I had everything the world said was happiness but I felt something important was missing and I didn't know what it was. I tried scientology , all kinds of yoga, martial arts and various other disciplines but nothing satisfied me . One Sunday morning I came home drunk in a taxicab and waiting outside of my house was a man who was giving my roommate a ride to church. I had gone to alcoholics anonymous for six months and they helped me a lot but I had gone back to drinking .He invited me to sit in his car and talk. He asked me if I wanted a bible study. I said I would love to have a bible study . He came on Monday nights the only night of the week that I didn't drink. It was a 12 week bible study that went from Genesis to Revelation. He showed me in the book of Acts ( Acts 2:38 ) where it said repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost . I said I'd never seen that in the bible and I wanted to get baptized in Jesus' name and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. I got baptized in Jesus' name and prayed for two months to get the Holy Ghost. The night that I got the Holy Ghost I was praying and I started to talk in tongues , I felt wonderful and GOD delivered me from the spirit of alcohol . I have never wanted to drink since then and I praise GOD for that. . The man who gave me the twelve week bible study taught me a ' GODHEAD ' bible study twice but i didn't understand the oneness of God or the trinity . I was reading the bible one day and read Ephesians 4 : 5-6 that i had previously highlighted in my bible . God gave me the revelation of oneness . ' ONE LORD , ONE FAITH , ONE BAPTISM , ONE GOD AND FATHER OF ALL , WHO IS ABOVE ALL , AND THROUGH ALL ,AND IN YOU ALL ! JOHN 3:16 IS JUST ONE VERSE : YOU NEED TO READ ALL OF CHAPTER THREE TO UNDERSTAND JESUS' PLAN OF SALVATION ! I was a believer from childhood but I wasn't saved . THANK YOU FOR READING THIS !

Out of all his teachings which are all beneficial this one hit the bulls eye. He said things that fit the missing piece of my puzzle. For years I have wondered about a certain thing and it was just revealed to me. When a pastor or leaders cologne is so strong so that when he shakes your hand the fragrance rubs off on yours. And you know there's a lot of widows and divorces women in the church. Thats a set up from the devil. Leading captive silly woman astray. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. Lonely women fall not only into lust but inlove. What a horrible sin in the body of Christ. These ministers will have to stand before God and give an account as well as all those involved. Every Minister needs to have an Oversight committee in the church. Some ministers will not disclose the financials. WHY??? If there's nothing to hide why not share the financials with the church. If it wasn't for the church there wouldn't be funds .
All Holy Spirit filled saints are ministers. All are called by Him to proclaim the Gospel. They are all priests. (1 Peter 2:9) The Bible teaches a plurality of elders in churches. (James 5:14/ Acts 14:23) This means that a church is not to have unitary leadership where only one man has ultimate authority. Instead, a church is to have "shared leadership." In deed, the exhortation of Bro David, especially to those who pastor, are very true. Jesus also taught against human lordship in the church here. (Mark10:42-44) Unfortunately, the culture of lordship and dominance is very prevalent within the churches. This culture is not heavenly but earthly and is perpetuated among leadership (I would argue for servant-ship) and in the pulpits towards the rest of the priesthood. A mindset of superiority over the rest of the body. (Matt 23:5-12) Choosing a man as your Christ. (1 Cor 1:12-13/ 1 Cor 3:3-9) Saying this church belongs to this brother or that church is that brother’s church. Even God’s own people will not hear from a brother or a sister in the Lord because they are not ‘The Pastor’. And even one who serves as a pastor will not receive correction or admonishment from those called of God in the congregation. The churches have gone so far as to call pastor’s wives First Lady. This is a sickness and a idolatry with God’s people. This almost cultish culture weakens the body of Christ. Repent.
