Awesome video explaining how to break into the RPA field! Videos like these help alleviate the concerns of developers and businesses that believe RPA is too complicated to incorporate into their existing practices.
Very very nice, it was definitely I needed to hear. I've started RPA 1 1/2 ago, Had any programming knowledge but still be able to take goods out of it. I haven't been able to find job jet, but now i know why, thanks nisarg. Will here from me later... I have job to do 🤲🤝👍
Excellent video! I've been heavily considering entering Tech as a Software Tester/ QA Engineer, but recently learned about RPA. I'm currently a 10 yr. employee in the Transportation/Logistics industry, but on the administrative side. We have many tech positions, i.e.. Software Engineer/ Developer, QA Engineer, etc. Basically, I would be a fresher without ANY experience whatsoever!! But after watching your video this morning, I feel confident enough to press forward in RPA. In your opinion, do you think I could spend about 5-6 months (or less) gaining the knowledge that's needed to be prepared for a position? If possible I would love to explore possibilities within my company I work for...
@@thisisHowHedidit yes you can definitely master a new technology within 5 to 6 months. Also since you are already in similar domain, as RPA aligns with QA and Software Tester role. You can definitely switch within next quarter.
HI Nisarg, I am a tester (manual) by profession with a good amount of experience. I had to quit my job for personal reasons and now I am looking forward to getting back in the market. I was advised that RPA would be a good approach for a career change. I am really glad that I landed on your channel and it has really motivated me to join this path. I would really like to take your suggestion on which track or role should I consider in RPA for someone who has had a long break in her career. Thank you.
Such a sweet person. I hope I get a supervisor like you to help my growth. I'm currently in BPO field(non-voice and non-technical support) and have a huge gap from my degree passing. I passed at 2016. I want to move back to IT field, currently I don't hold any certification on courses but I'm thinking to start RPA course. Do you think I'm already late ? or I still have a hope?. Thank you

Hi nisarg... Very knowledgeable vlog.... Wanted to ask if a person has spent 10 years of career in . Net development and want to switch career to RPA.. How it's possible considering the parametera of payscale also... As just entering into RPA developer won't give much and resume will be rejected because person is already highly paid... Please let me know about this... Also person has already some exposure in pega robotics... And have done some usecases on it... And explorong uipath on company level by doing some POC... I think certification is must in this case and what's the career path for RPA SOLUTION ARCHITECT...
Person working in .Net with any year’s of experience is always welcome to RPA because foundation of RPA is .Net so you not only have option to switch as RPA developer or architect but also you can get nice well paid job for any RPA vendor product development team where they all create custom activities in C# and .Net About payscale it’s obviously going to be a little bit affected not too much but once you get a position in next year you are going to recover it all. Also considering your experience as a developer you definitely would get an amazing opportunity as RPA solution architect or Teachnical Lear or delivery lead. So just learn RPA and jump in it. About pegga this is also RPA tool so experience is considered
@@nisargkadam thanks for your reply.... I will try for the certification then... And also what's the future of it? Because end of the day it's a tool... That would be cause of worry...
