Put peaches branch outside on the door is keep out the bad spirits or ghosts. You can put peaches branch under your pillow or under bed to protect you from the bad spirits in the house.
I will never buy a hmong house. Why would you even want to buy a house like that. Even if there is no ghost, the people that lived there did not maintain the house that means you are stuck with a bigger problem. Thats a pet peeve of mine.
