Ano ang dahon na Libas sa Bicol? Nasubukan niyo na?

I know you're sitting there wondering what this is. This is the reason why we made this video (laughs).
We tried our very best to describe what Libas is (Plum leaves) . It's a plant specie abundant in Bicol and usually mixed as souring agent for soups. But in one city, Iriga it's famous for a dish with coconut cream.
