Hey this is nice what was it shot on to get the old film look
film.
Also possibly filmed in digital with adjustments to 'flatten' the image. I think if use a dslr then there are things you can download to the SD card to do this for you. The when you process the video through a digital colour-timing, you can adjust for colour & depth, and by starting flat, you get the right look because film usually has more depth than digital. The old look can simply be a filter or a washing out of colours a bit. I'd guess this is how this is done because there isn't much of the film grain, since adding grain on digital looks v fake, so they didn't risk it :) Hope this helps! Just wanted to give you a bit more than "film", no offense, photofoley!
No offense taken. When I talked to Michael about his music videos he said they shoot in film. That's the only reason I thought it was shot in film. I know you can shoot in digital and use filters and color grade accordingly. Aloha
