Just to correct the mis-information in this video;
There are over 300 islands in Fiji.
Fiji was ceded to Great Britain in 1874, and gained independence in 1970, on October 10th.
Levuka was the old capital and Suva is currently the capital of Fiji.
There are 14 provinces, but 3 confederacies, Kubuna, Burebasaga and Tovata.
Sugarcane used to be the major source of income but Tourism is now the top source of income.
Fiji’s first ever medal in an Olympic game was won by our Fiji Sevens team; in Rio in 2016; captained by Osea Kolinisau (featured in this video).
Patricia is Kai Waitabu Taveuni, Vasu I Samale, Nukuni Ono I Lau.

I live in Ireland and our Fiji day wasn't as fun😂😂.We did the traditional welcoming ceremony for the Fiji High Commissioner who came from London.Its great to see so many Fijian over in the States too keeping the tradition going 🇫🇯🇫🇯
