They really did him dirty, sf3 finally had him and he's pretty insane, especially if you want to try in the duels (if you can find someone who is as strong)
Like what SF:A has for him is the ability to slow down time, which SF3 doesn't have. But Itu can't dash unless he has shadow energy required to use. Also he can't do that thing where he just makes the whole area covered in slashes and then slash it and dealing damage to the frozen opponent(idk how to describe sorry lol)
But for SF3, instead of Itu it's called Destroyer of Epochs, we don't have the ability to slow down time, but we have an ability to trap our opponent in a hole in the ground for a few seconds that deals damage before he can finally escape. We can also slash without shadow energy, same concept for dashing and holding the button for longer dashes, but the best part is when we enter shadow form, we can instantly do all those slashes whilst freezing the opponent, same thing. And these can be done in duels too.
If you don't understand I can make a short vid on my channel for you to watch, but SF:A and SF:3 does have it upsides and downsides

I really hate itu. I get monkeys that camp with itu and only attack when they can use time manipulation. Cheap character. The combo's from itu are also ridiculous. And what i dont understand is why does opponent get hit in the air when itu does his shadow attack!!!!! Like when you roll when yukka use shadow attack. You dodge it but still you get hit. Wtf man

You will get hit if you get in his radius and if your opponents itu has cutting edge then you will get hit but if you hop back at the perfect time then you can dodge his shadow attack you can't counter him it's easy to defeat him he has really low defense
