Turkish Airlines: Is business class really BETTER?/Istanbul to Athens

Is business class really that much better than economy on Turkish Airlines? We got the chance to find out when a mistake on our tickets led to 2 of us getting to fly business class from Istanbul to Athens. We also got to compare a priority pass lounge in Istanbul airport to the renowned (if you know, you know!) Turkish Airlines business class lounge.
