When filming this video, I was going through a wee bit of a difficult patch in my life. However, I am now feeling a lot better - so thank you for giving me the space to ramble when I needed it the most. Sometimes just getting it out in the open makes it seem a lot better.. Anyway, I really hope that these comforting words can help you feel better too!

I’m not religious but this has reminded me of a short prayer my Great Grandmother used to say to me when I was little.
‘God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. Courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.’ I had it on a necklace for many years because I think it resonates with whatever you believe in. Allow yourself to be forgiving of things that are not in your control ❤ again another wonderful video ❤
That's very powerful 😊 i believe that's also used for Alcoholics anonymous, for addicts as their moto. Was used in a movie starring Sandra Bullock who played a character who had a drug/ alcohol problem. Very good movie 🎥😁
Jozette, you have spoken so many truths: about dealing with problems, focusing on the here and now, and having confidence in ourselves. These are all profound teachings and realities. Many times, it's not that we don't know how to handle those situations, but rather, we are human after all; and that makes us falter because controlling our own emotions and feelings can be challenging.
We are social beings, and what makes us strong is the ability to share and support each other. We can progress, become more confident in our own abilities and talents. It is precisely there that you embrace us, and we embrace you too to support each other and grow as individuals.

Hits home with the situation that’s stressing me with a family member right now. Im not always effusive- usually quiet - and so that’s left a gaping hole for speculation about me. Most unfortunately, the speculation has gone way way negative for reasons Ill never understand. Anyway, I would rather be myself (quiet) and innocent than brash and guilty. Besides, people will judge either way, so f- them (I meant ‘forget’, don’t be nasty)! Love ya Jozette. I would say “never change”, but you always seem to be improving yourself, so instead I will say, never change course 😊

I have always thought that confidence makes the difference say between two people with more or less the same qualifications and other factors........the one who gets the job or the girl etc is down to confidence and unfortunately that's something that cannot be taught.
