Aku tinggal di Swiss juga. Mmg living costs tinggi berbanding Msia (bukan perbandingan convert). Contohnya dgn gaji yg sama (RM10k di Msia vs CHF10k di Swiss) tp pbelanjaannya sgt berbeza. RM3k blh afford byr rmh teres, di swiss CHF3k cuma apartment kecil (flat) apalagi kalau di bandar. Makan nasi di Malaysia RM7-10 dh blh dpt. Sini average CHF25 (belum kira air). Lagi satu, di Swiss rmai org kaya, secara tak langsung blh buat rasa tekanan. Apa2 pun bersyukur lah. Rezeki datang dr sudut berbeza.
Patut ramai saya dengar org Msia kerja sana kumpul duit pastu balik Msia buka perniagaan hasil simpanan mereka. Tapi sy mmg pernah jumpa org Swiss. Mereka x brapa nak happy sgt tinggal sana sbb cost hidup melampau. Puas hati pun sbb byk nature ja dan banking mereka bagus
time pegi swiss last year, me and my friend beli brg2 masak kt coop and masak kat airbnb..naik mt titlis and Jungfrau pn we ols bawak bekal nasik and megi goreng dgn telur mata.. hihihihih
jauh jugak beza harga di zurich dan bern. tapi tuan, tak lama dulu ada youtuber US pernah staycation di swiss. dine in apa semua. per table utk 2 org dah cecah ratus2. lebih mahal dr US sendiri. sedangkan swiss franc tak jauh beza dgn usd. pastu gaji minimum per hour mcm di california 12-13 usd per hour. negeri2 lain gaji minimum rendah sikit dari tu. so mmg mahal la kos hidup kat swiss ni
Actually ini Asian Restaurant termurah di Köniz, Bern and all over Kanton Bern. It’s 15mins away from City of Bern. Kalau makan dekat City of Bern, price should be more or less the same like Zürich or more depending on the Restaurant. Bila dah stay kat Switzerland kena pandai cari tempat2 yg best dan berbaloi. Bab kos hidup tinggi tu betul. Gaji tinggi, living cost and commitment pun tinggi.
Aku kadang kadang tak paham krnaoa orang melaysia dah tau nak pegi oversea for holliday or what not mesti nak convert ke ringgit bila beli barang or food...what kind of mentality....sebelum oegi dia orang dah tau forex costing tukar ringgit tu berapa....bila sampai just take it as it is...contoh kalau makan harga 5 pound or euro or dollar just imagine macam ko spend RM 5 la....baru ko enjoy jalan...kalau semua nak nak kene banding baik ko duduk je malaya
Rule no. 1 jgn convert. Sbb nilai currency berbeza. Cth rumah marina 1600 kat sana which is sama je kalau rent condo kat KL ni akan dpt around that price juga. Tapi termenung la kejap sbb gaji crew mcd 4k. Kalau Malaysia 1.5k je. Cant believe it. how did we survive selama ni lol
Betul in any way jgn convert. Schaffy convert for reference yg nak bercuti but mostly yg tgk video ni nampak part minimum Gaji tu yg utama 😜 Bab rumah ni I rasa ikut nasib and based on location juga. My husband dah stay at the same apartment for 15years, since dia bujang lagi. It’s cheaper bila you own cos bila you paid your deposit tinggi your monthly commitment akan rendah. Ours mmg consider murah cos we are not at the capital city mcm Schaffy. We are 10mins away from City of Bern. And tak la level condominium kat Malaysia tapi Alhamdulillah selesa. Mewah lagi rumah kami kat Malaysia 😂 Even Gaji those yg work dekat MCD tu around 4K after tax deduction dorg akan dapat 3k plus je. Taxes based on Kanton (State) and town council. For example taxes for Bern higher than Zürich. Then monthly commitment dorg will be : 1. House (rent or mortgage) 2. Compulsory insurance minimum of CHF300+ which is a real joke although the healthcare is superb cos for example although you paid that monthly commitment if you are sick u still have to fork up CHF2500 first fully on your own till the insurance cover 90% of the bills. (Except if you are pregnant the insurance will cover the cost from week 13 till 8week after delivery. Some cost are not covered. You have to check on your insurance policy)After that apart from your monthly commitment you still have to pay 10% of it. However this is really based on your insurance franchise. I paid the basic insurance because I hardly sakit. Tapi nak kena uji I ada masalah fibroid so first CHF2500 tu kena bayar sendiri apart from my monthly insurance commitment. Mcm my husband he paid higher franchise CHF450 a month so first bills of CHF300 he has to pay on his own and the additional 10% for his monthly medicines. Unlike Malaysia insurance is not even expensive and not mandatory. For those who can’t afford they still have government hospital as an option. 3. Phone and internet, electricity and heating oil, water, laundry (most apartments don’t equipped with washing machine you have to share with the rest of the people there) unless the latest apartment or you owned washing machines and dryer on your apartment. Those charges are based on the town council and the building owners and not fix like most in Malaysia. For example now in my area for 2023 electricity dah naik 49% compared to last year. 4.Transport be it with public transport or by car, some of them just go to work with bicycle to save money. 5.Groceries from CHF800-1000. 6. Misc makan luar dgn kwn2 & any activities. 7. Some savings or they have to send money back home. Most of them mmg harapkan employee meals (makan luar selalu is too expensive for their salary) walaupun nampak Gaji mewah. Ini based on my German classmate punya cerita. Kadang2 dorg pun tertekan and have to skip from joining friends for any additional activities yg perlu keluarkan modal tambahan. Jadi di mana pun korg semua berada bersyukur lah dgn rezeki masing2.
Macam mana saya nak kerja mcd di bern bang? Hahahah takpe saya sanggup ikat perut janji dapat tangkap gambar lawa2 cukup 5 tahun balik malaysia buat bisnes.sembang macam senang je kan😅
Org kaya2 duduk dekat Kanton Zug Sebab tax sana paling rendah di Switzerland. Actually Zürich or Bern or other Kanton (state) when it comes to harga barang lebih kurang je. Ini saya bawak Schaffy ke Asian store termurah di Kanton Bern or probably even in Switzerland cos this store supply the products to other Asian shops all over Switzerland. So murah la. Siap dapat discount for Asian lagi kat sini. Tapi kalau korg pegi Shopping dekat Migros, Coop sama je seluruh Switzerland or dine in dekat Asian Restaurant at the city of Bern or other Kanton lebih kurang je price makanan or some even more expensive. Bila duduk Switzerland kena la bijak berbelanja.
Jangan convert Ringgit ke Swiss mmg la rasa mahal. Sama juga kejadiannya bila korg convert MYR ke SGD. Tp bila korg bergaji Swiss of course kau takkan rasa mahal
Tak,kalau currency kita tinggi, gaji tinggi benda sekeliling pun tinggi, nampak barang belanja dekat sana harga mahal gila, tapi kalau kerja sana, gaji sana rasa biasa je.Jangan kita convert currency beza dengan pembelanjaan harian kalau guna duit kita, tak boleh macam tu
@@rizman6053as per my German classmate yg masih kerja there she mentioned her salary is 4K. And billik (WG) ada je 1k. Student apartment type yg share mcm hostel (my Uni mates paid around that range) kena pandai cari. Apartment Kalau nak below RM1500 kena la stay out of town or in town but old building. Ini based on my friends experience and husband punya kengkawan paid for their apartment. But mostly yg stay dekat city of Bern mmg paid 2k and above unless building dh lama sgt…except for the UNESCO area tu mmg up lah rates dia 😂
Eh, are you sure Switzerland is most expensive place to live in the world? After you breakdown details of expenditure, there’s not much difference from Singapore. In fact I’m paying more for my mortgage (small condo) and dining (excluding hawker centres). Don’t talk about own a car in Singapore 😢.
I forgot to add grocery for 1 pax in a household is around CHF800 to CHF1000 per month. If you eat out once a week with friends then add another CHF500. At least that’s what i always budgeted monthly.Perhaps SG is not much different then.. or perhaps more expensive.
Definitely most developed country have this dang high cost issues and apparent poor-rich gap. The mid and lower-develop country would wish their country to be as rich develop country but not knowing the price to pay for development unfortunately. But the best thing is facilities offered with right government.😅
