No it isnt lmao, What you are probably talking about and it actually benefits people who have cell phone plans through companies like AT&T verizone etc, the large company can no longer lock their phones SIM usage companies use to lock their sim chips out of any phones that were not bought through the company so if you bought a phone off ebay or something you had to call to have it unlocked, thats no longer the case, now every SIM chip through any company is useable for ANY phone, they can no longer manopolize the selling of cell phones.
