I too have the same kind if migraine from 16years..i got to know what I actually when i was 26…its tooo hard to explain…no one understands and people think we are lazy and just complaining. I have no one to share what and how physical challenging it is and how it affects my mental health..when i am too tired after office..even my team mates hated me for not joining with them after work where they have no idea what it is…..i am relaxed little that i am not suffering alone in this world with this…since it is very rare. I wish normal people try to understand how difficult its like hear attacks same it feels for brain attacks with paralysis without just telling to get a painkiller to headache.
