Encouraging and working with other countries like Mexico and Cuba to make reefs plus other submarine structures can make fish habitat better around the whole Gulf. Simply because improving one spot or one region isn't good enough. Aquatic life is constantly on the move!
Texas has the most impressively diverse array of ecosystems of all the states. I don't even live there. TX is my dream home!
