Beginning of the season is always better than when like a month passes since the start
I had somewhat a 10 streak of wins while and each was kinda normal, but now I can't play a single game without one of my teammates going apeshit

You just hit a wall. You need to start reflecting on your gameplay to start getting better. Plus maybe the nerfs at the beginning of the season caught up to you.
For reference: I did the same thing (got stuck at Emerald 4 90 LP), started losing LP, then decided I just needed to reflect after going down to 0LP Emerald 4. Started playing better, got better, now floating Emerald 3 after last weekend.
Every time you lose a game figure out what you could have done better. Consider watching back those mid game teamfights and figure out where you went wrong. If I were seriously climbing for Diamond that’s what I would do, and I think it would be hard to make it past Emerald without doing at least a little bit of that as no one can fix all of their mistakes in decision making just from their memory

Try to review your replays and catch some small mistakes, can also be confidence issue. Funnily enough my mistakes tend to be laning too much when I could proxy for free and not tracking jg/mid ganks. Best wishes, you got this!
