Happy birthday, Ms. Joyce! I second the motion yung the art of dedma. I had a very stressful worklife and what helped was reading Mark Manson's book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck. I now choose which things to concern myself with. And more, more prayers talaga. Nakakatulong sa mental health yung marunong kang i-surrender ang life mo to someone higher than you.
