Very nice home only thing of concern is that backyard too many spectators from the street area can look onto your privacy. It would be nice if that was a six or 7 foot brick wall.

I notice the power lines over the fence and there's research indicating that health risks are enhanced by close proximity? 700-1,000 feet is considered safe and that's assuming we'd be protected if they actually knew it wasn't safe..

Most likely, since the permit to build was approved, it is highly likely that the distance is safe but I still recommend going for a due diligence prior to making an offer.
