The only reason she didn't sue the school is because they actually were doing the right thing.

If I were the teacher, I would turn around and sue the school and the district because no school board can give consent to record a teacher as recording in a classroom requires consent from the person being recorded. Last year I secretly recorded in school to get evidence of other students mistreating me, but one of them noticed and I got in trouble. All of my teachers are the absolute best so I decided to be honest with the one that talked to me. It all worked out but it was so embarrassing brooooo :(
In South Carolina, we recently passed a state law that doesn't allow us to have phones out at all during school time. So, many phones get taken, and my school doesn't allow headphones nor earbuds anymore, so those get taken as well. I once saw a teacher holding 7 phones and a pair of headphones before school even started, as everyone has to stay in the cafeteria before 1st period starts. And our current principal, who was the principal before I started my freshman year (I'm in my junior year now), always tells us to be bright-eyed and bushy tailed every morning.
In our schools atleast before highschool we had to hand in our phones at the start of the day since they were a distraction. Everyone hated it then but honestly think that was a good choice to stop children on being on their phones all day and be social.
In some schools where i live, teachers cant take phones due to disability laws being worked into school policies to protect students. Knew a kid that needed his phone for communication as due to a condition he had, would go mute at random moments. When a sub confiscated his phone one by one every kid would give him their phone to use for communication leading to almost the whole class having their phones confiscated before admin was notified. Admin did the right thing and let all the students out of class early with their phones to have a discussion with that sub about the policy and that kid's IEP. I didnt go to school with them but they were a neighbour of mine so i dont know the full extent of what happened.

So glad I am not in school anymore, phone policies got worse 😭
My school policy says the school can confiscate your phone the entire day
Last year I secretly recorded in school to get evidence of other students mistreating me, but one of them noticed and I got in trouble. All of my teachers are the absolute best so I decided to be honest with the one that talked to me. It all worked out but it was so embarrassing brooooo
:(

MY MAN THE PASSCODE IS SO CLOSE TO MINE 🦅
I refused to give my phone in 6th grade but the issue was that they never said I couldn't use it. By the way, this was during lunch.

I am German and the rules that apply in America are quite different here, but I still follow you because your videos are really entertaining😅
This won’t work for me cause my state banned phones in school sadly
The final boss in a video game in real life: the teacher
i love that the passcode is b##bs but with numbers
