@douglasfuciji2002 they do. There are a couple angels you can take. 1. Sword warrior & Great sword 2. Light & dark. I have been running Cloud, Jeume & Seifer, they are very good together. I will show a match in Seifer’s video.
Currently trying some of the newer Agrias teams, and I'm a little confused on Gilgamesh's Agi. When I run Mag truststones, I've only been able to get around 111 Agi. Same passives, Shiva Main slot and Ramza card on the team's Sub. Only differences I see are my Shinryu Esper and Bells on TMR.A few teams in this vid hit 123-124 agi.
The ice chariot VC has 2 agility, Dark Shiva has none. Regular Bahamut esper has 3 more than Shinryu esper. Also Ashen Kitone TMR has 1 more than bells. And the sub Agility VCs are all elder all weakened. Red mage teams use Chariot as the main agility card, so he can hit above 120 agility on those teams.
@@kt7up7 Thanks KT. Yea, that's adding up. Elder Awakening just now already gave me another point. I was specifically trying the Exia, Agrias, Gilgamesh team from the other vids. I noticed if GIlgamesh is slower than Exia, she stops short on the first buff and that makes Agrias stay back buffing too long. I guess Agi Truststones are the short term fix.
Hi, great content here. Im almost exclusively am ice player but have missed on maxing out my A2 and Tifa. I have maxed out gilgamesh, velis, howlett and jayden, as well as some cool units like salire, zoma, rosa, aranea... only ice unit im missing is Oldoa actually. Also missing dark titan card. Which mono ice team do you recommend? Also wondering why you didn't talk about Celes or Faris on your mixed teams, as well as Howlett's cards (mag human killer and mag 50%).
If you don’t have Oldoa, I would suggest A2 & Howlet for a triple slashers team. Yeah I just don’t have enough screen real estate to put Holwet’s card on the screen. With the triple slashers team, I would move Lasswell card to A2’s sub and have Howlet hold his own card in the sub slot. Shinryu can be in Howlet’s sub for the magic man eater, some accuracy & debuff weakening. I don’t think Journey of the Groms has 50% magic, is that the card you were referring to? Full red mage with Faris & Celes is possible but I don’t think they would be competitive in the next gen era. Maybe use Spring Jeume, Gil and one of those 2. If I were to feature every possible team, the video would be over an hour long 😅
@kt7up7 unfortunately I didn't finish A2 during her event. Only have gilga, howlett, raegen, jayden and velis of the top tier ice units maxed out. Also have the glove users which are powerful enough for their starting skills. But I really want Oldoa 🥲
@@kt7up7 I am considering putting Dark Siren on Jeume. It does not affect Gilga though. So, Glacie - Cloud's VC, Aigaion/Ramza Jeume - Dark Siren, Dark Odin Gilga - Dark Shiva, Sylvie's VC.
I think you might be trying to boost Jeume’s damage, the GL upgrade on Dark Siren is certainly very nice. However I don’t think the trade off is worth it for now. I would prefer to keep all my VCs there except have Jeume holds triple trick for slash pen or Aigaion for slash attack & accuracy for whole group. AOE res still has value but if you don’t have A2’s VC, Dark Seirn is a good option.
The crit rate up buff is off, everything else is on. You can also refer to the sub job section, the texts are in Japanese but the ability list is in the same order.
Yeah typically he can do anywhere between 5-6k on his follow-ups against the enemies with decent unit res (around 40). Against enemies with sub par unit res, 9-10k is possible. To boost his follow up damage, build him for magic stat, spirit pen, man eater, crit rate & crit damage. All the sample teams in the video will work. However the ice chariot VC is required to maximize his damage output.

It is not good. Some attacks like Perrene’s Vortex kick can’t hit units with Float status. Besides that there is no benefit. The jump +1 from that support ability is more valuable than float.
Do we know if any Gilgamesh teams beat Jeume/Cloud/A2? I feel like Seph didn't bring enough to beat that team consistently so I wonder if Gilgamesh does?
Most of the time yes, if the GS teammate is built for all out agility, it could be difficult. It is tougher if they have Astrius, his long range barrier break is scary.
Crit can boost his followup damage output by around 100%, he can deal double the amount of damage. Build his crit rate, you will have so much fun with him.
Yep, that team is possible. New Lucio VC supports all 3, and the 2 dark Ice/Earth VCs support Ashen King & Gil. Seifer holds either the agility VCs or let each of them hold their own agility card as main and let their power take over.
I see, my mistake. There isnt much VC synergy between ashen king & Sephiroth. This is what I would suggest. Sephiroth: Death machine or Ifrit & Triple trick Gilgamesh: Ice chariot & shinryu Ashen King: Halloween Lucio VC & Ramza VC
In general I do recommend Gilgamesh to everyone who has Sephiroth. They work very well together, but for those 2 to work as a team, you will need the Ice Chariot VC too. Both items are not limited, you might just pick them up later or from a select banner.

Ashen King pairs well with him too. I featured those 2 together in the sample team section. But you will need to let Oldoa hold 2 generic agility VCs. It is easier to team up Ashen King with Seifer in the knight & warrior crossovers.
Agility 18% is top tier for all the units that it supports. The esper is crazy good too. It is the only agility card that can link up Katana & red mage (Sephiroth & Gilgamesh). I would suggest to hold off since it is not a limited card. FF8 is right around the corner. Don’t know what your account is like but Seifer’s card is the missing link for Ashen King & Sword warrior. If you have Sephiroth, the Trove of Knowledge (Crystal Dario card) also has 18% agility for katana.
I think so. His kit is very self sufficient and the follow-up attack work with almost any units. Sephiroth’s curse is OP but he is not as easy to build around. Ice Veritas has just been announced on JP, he could be a good teammate for him. But it will take a couple months of arena to get him to 140.
Yea those 3 are great together, check out the first team in the video, just put Kadaj in for Glaci. But you will need the ice chariot VC to make it work. Gilgamesh is the best unit out of the ones that are not in GL yet.
If you don’t have Red mage and Katana VCs, it is very difficult. If you have S Jeume, Cloud and/or Ashen King, Seifer is a good choice. Lucielle can work on almost every team, just let her carry the sub agility VC.

Summer Glaci’s VC should come be in late July early August. That could be an option, and it will have a 10k guarantee. AOE res is fading but still good to have. If you have the Hero VC (OG Sephiroth’s card), you can use that instead of an AOE res card.

Lucielle has better long term value, she can be a plug and play unit on most teams. Just have her hold an agility sub card and she can do her job. Seifer requires most of the warrior VCs, including his new one. If you have those, he is very good to have. He also works really well with GS. His long range barrier break & re-raise removal attack is awesome. I am currently using Seifer with Cloud & Jeume, Ashen King & Squall and Ashen King & Lucielle. So far the team with Lucielle is the best out of the 3. She can give Seifer re-raise, haste and courage removal on hit. Knowing what I know now, I would go with Seifer. Just because Lucielle is not limited after all. I can randomly pick her up or get her from a select banner.
@terraxcell It is a very good VC. Magic & Agility in one, and the only agility card for sword red mage. The esper is awesome too, 20 AOE penetration. UR Fina is the upcoming unit that can benefit from this card. It is not limited tho, I feel you, it is a tough decision to make.
