For me, the rankings will be: 1. HoK - the voice and the design are just so good, so nostalgic and definitely the closest to the original Journey to the West 2. WR - the Special Edition of Jade Dragon Wukong has the red&gold color scheme, and the overall effects + voicelines are awesome, you can choose the JP voice if you want to hear Goku's voice lol 3. MLBB - good design, okay effects, but his voice is just... Meh 4. AoV - no, just no, I know this is just my personal preferences but I don't like this design, others may find it good perhaps
HoK wins here imo, the skin intro was inspired by the novel, the skin effects were also great, i like the flags on his back, not as creative as AoV one tho, but still a great skin
Just a suggestion from me, next time it's better if you add the default skin side by side just to show people that didn't play the other game how much improvement that skin is and how much worthy the price is.
every wukong has locked-target skill,is an reference to the wukong lore cause the staff can understand what wukong wants it to do ,the staff also can increase it size to at will and become the heaviest staff

Fact : that is a mythic skin, that is not epic, and you can only get it in poro chests. And all mythic skins do not have new voice lines
