from what i have seen these guys are the most knowledgeable by far in this industry
When I built my mill I called Cooks to ask advice on parts and Steve Cook talked to me one on one guiding me to the best possible outcome. These guys are just plain out good people and the reason I have Cooks parts and blades on my mill. Can't give you guys enough credit but I definitely sent people in your direction in all of my build videos.
I have been using the Cat Claw sharpener, and the setter in this video (plus Cooks blades exclusively) for 14 years. They still work like new. I can't wear them out, they are built like TANKS, and I saw a lot. I also sharpen blades for all of the surrounding sawyers. Best money I have ever spent!

Just had my son to order the dual tooth setter can't wait to get it,I was lucky enough to get a good deal on a used cat claw sharpener so ordered a couple of rocks and a spare belt and a new cam there is a guy who sharpenes some blade's for us with a old wood mixer sharpener ,it is hit and miss with him can't wait to sharpen my own
Can these be used to set wood shop upright bandsaws? Like the Laguna 14BX bandsaws?
The blades for the Laguna look to be 14tpi so it wouldn't work since the smallest viable tooth spacing for this model is 1/2" tooth spacing or 2tpi.
