I’m still mad that Warner Bros. Cancelled this and removed it from their catalogue of titles.
I recently returned to infinity train and always remembered Book 2 but never really understood why. The topic was brought up by a friend, and i decided to screw it and rewatch Book 2.
After getting to the finale with crying twice, I can say with a full heart returning to this show was a highlight, but mostly this book in particular. Nearly everything hit home for me and I remember the first thing i did after watching the show was find the soundtrack and here I am.
Really love what you've done with these two's main theme, it's really calming and hopeful, and really relates to how regardless of all the struggle the both went through on the train, they still pushed through for each other.
Keep up the good work!
season 2 was released 3 years ago and yet I'm already feeling nostalgic

Here we go again.
Y'know, I think Lake's theme gives off fall vibes, but for some reason I think this theme gives off Snowy January vibes. Maybe it's just the effects you put on this, maybe it's because that's when I first heard this theme.
I've learned, and lived, a lot since then.
I was cramming through my senior year, having a hard time focusing on everything in front of me. I started watching Infinity Train for some reason while my work kept piling up, and it was a much needed break. Running Away got me through the anger of situations that were unfair. Impossible deadlines, an abusive ex. I'd pace around my snowy backyard for hours at night, listening to it on repeat and trying to work through everything in my head. Eventually, I got to season 2, and at this point had separated myself from that terrible person, but still had those crazy deadlines. I'd work into odd hours of the night, before eventually "giving up" and resigning that the next day would be a fresh start. So I watched Infinity Train to help me fall asleep.
It didn't, lol.
I binged the entirety of season 2 in that one night, tired beyond belief, but also feeling a new sense of inspiration. As a trans person, and someone that my family heavily expected to get good grades, I related to Lake's struggles. I also related to Jesse, having hung out with several wrong crowds in my past, and ending up alone. There was one main theme about this season that hit me harder than any of what I just said.
"There are no rules."
There really aren't.
I don't mean this in a destructive way, quite the opposite.
Who said I had to go to bed if I wasn't finished? I could get right back on the school train (online school) at 3am if I wanted.
And I did. Because there aren't any rules.
That's when I found your remixes!
Man, that night was amazingly perspective-changing.
It helped, it really did, to just have your music playing on repeat and remind myself that there were no rules.
I needed to apply myself in my schoolwork, and make an attempt to get good grades, yes, but I didn't need to torture myself with "perfection". I got a lot done in those last few months, thanks in large part to your music. And I graduated with grades *I* was proud of. My parents were happy I didn't fail anything and that I tried, but I was so *proud.* I had reframed my mindset and that was all that mattered.
It's been almost three years at this point, which is so completely crazy to me. Time really does fly, whether you want it to or not.
I think a large part of why I keep coming back to these tracks and leaving comments like this is really part of what you said in your community posts. Sometimes, you just miss the person you were. In my case, I miss that mindset, "there are no rules".
My struggles are a lot more uniquely different and tough to traverse now, but I'm sure of one thing.
There are no rules.
It's completely okay to revisit your past, and even to miss things from it. It's how we keep those experiences in our hearts as we move forward that matters.
Don't let anyone ever make you feel like you aren't a person. You are.
You can be who you are, I promise you that.
Stop every once in a while to look up at the stars. Something that can seem still can still be moving forward.
I'm sure the same is true for you.
Be safe, make smart decisions.
Keep trying, because it matters.
Keep fighting, because *you* matter.
You've got this.

Your story made me tear up so bad. I really hope that everything is doing okay in your life now, even tho it's not always perfect, nothing ever is, but you deserve to feel safe and peaceful. I love how a show can give such motivation and make someone feel understood. The infinity train characters are so good for that

I love this show, season 2 is my favorite. I kinda wished we got a spinoff of Jesse and Lake after the train. Explore their new outlook on life, experience their adventures in the real world, and the new friends and lessons they make along the way.
I need some kind of epilogue about the lives of Jesse and Lake + Ryan and Min so badly like how their lives are post train because they’re my 2 favorite books (since they have my favorite characters)

This extended version of an already very beautiful soundtrack was gorgeous to listen to! I have not been subscribed to this channel since 2020, but ever since I discovered Infinity Train and then your work here with its' music, I've enjoyed your remixes of themes and different soundtracks either from the show or fan-made very much. This show deserved so much better than it got, both before, during, and even now much after it concluded but one thing I know for sure is that the music is something that makes it stand out and be special amongst other animated shows, at least in my book!
