Chuck E. Cheese’s Corona, CA - In The Future

- Hello everyone and welcome back to another new video. Today’s video is that of the Corona, California store. Since the last time I posted a Corona video unfortunately Corona’s Roadstage was removed unexpectedly on February 11th 2024, leaving the restaurant’s establishment after nearly 32 years in operation. It also left with that of West Hills, which was removed that same day. Corona was expected to remodel next year however the city allowed them to start earlier in part that the city also allowed a new ramp of some sort to be constructed near the plaza. Corona was a beautiful store and a part of me feels like it hasn’t actually happened in a weird way and somehow the stage is still there though obviously it is not, though apart of me feels relieved that it has been removed when it was because of the channel’s soon end. I started my UA-cam journey with this store and it will end with this one too. There’s still lots to come not just from Corona so the end isn’t yet but it is near. I hope you enjoy this video! Filmed during one of my last visit’s.
The CEC Trivia Question (No wrong answer)
- What was your favorite CEC Memory and why?
hi, west hills employee here, I literally cried when renovation started, and I couldn't bare to see them go, I miss them dearly and honestly so does most of my coworkers, it was just easier and better to manage with them there
Hello. Thanks for the comment. It was something that was unexpected, though that is how a lot of these remodel’s have been as of late. West Hills was a nice stage and it had a good run. I hope at least you had great memories while the stage was still around.
never expected this to remodel so soon, but definitely was one of my favorite road stages because of the glow up it had
One of my all time favorite moments from CEC, came from this exact location. It was Christmas time in 2016, me and my dad came to CEC to get out of the house and win some jackpots, and jackpots we won. We camped out “Big Win Super Spin” for pretty much the entire duration of our stay and had a blast. (I got a winter plush but my old dog bit off the nose so it’s kinda in terrible shape)
This location has always brought me joy no matter what as soon as I saw the big, glowing, sparkling logo and the red and purple awnings. I can’t say that I’m sad to never be able to feel that again but it happens. I started when the stage was at its lowest, to its peak, to its removal. I hope the tech for this location and Placentia’s roadstage is doing well, I met him once and he is a great dude.
I agree with those words. Seeing that purple awning was great, regardless of then and now. Christmas time was a great time to visit this store.
favorite memory is everything about Huntington Beach. the fact it was in a secluded area, the 2 stage, all the games and rides, everything feels very nostalgic about it. It feels so weird that it is relocating since I have known it all of my life
That is correct
My favorite CEC memory was when I had a birthday party at the Huntington Beach location when I was little and I smelled the stage for some reason. It’s my favorite memory because it’s just plain funny.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing!
My favorite memory from my local which is Fresno, CA is when I was in the SkyTubes and saw some kids accidentally puking in there.
That is incorrect
Its kinda sad in 2023 we still had 3 road stages this west hills and sun valley and now a year later there all gone
My favorite memory is when I went to the sun valley location at night. It was so much fun for me and that was like my 3rd location. But the first time I went to CEC was at the Torrence prairie location. When I walked in I ran to the stage and that was when I first got into CEC in early 2021.
Woah. Thanks for sharing!
That is incorrect
@@jasburger what is?
My favorite memory was at Corona when Jasper was backwards😂
I saw that when I went. Definitely the first time I had ever seen something like it happen at Corona. Thanks for sharing!
I miss this road stage
Me too. At least we have the memories!
in the future no more cec
" in 2024 for we will no longer exist! as we are not here to stay a giant video wall will take our place. I wonder we will do and see in the future!"
(A dumpster)
I love you, Lizzie
This was posted in like January right? If this was past February 14th then that’s not true because it got the 2.0 on February 14th
It was filmed last year, during one of the last visit’s I took to this store.
