All this is already well known. The governing bodies are completely useless and are not being held to account
Are you serious? Do you think that there are only one or two troubled communities in Jamaica? Who will you recruit to go into these communities to establish a socio-economic profile? How long would the project be? How much money will be needed? Where will the money come from? What will happen when you do create a profile, as profiled communities will be stereotyped and scorned? And even if you come up with a prediction of "criminal activity" what would you do? Keep the JCF/JDF there at all times? Create a permanent state of emergency around the area?

Identify the markers emerging in other communities and address it before it spreads. Now there are countless variables that we can't predict or even control, but suggesting that you need to have everything under control before you make a move is pointless. Without controlling all the variables the prime minister declared some schools failed schools. A change in leadership and strategies addressed that issue. The schools are not now perfect, but the issue was addressed. We can't stop stigmatisation, but even that can be addressed. So even though you may not get the gold, I hope you're willing to start the work with a little bronze.

Since the UA-cam channel came in ,it is driving a lot fear into people very badly. I don't know what these people really want, when they useto have some good police officers in the area. Who decides to work, the same people them demonstrated against them. So they haveto transferred them and, now they are not there anymore. The decent people them is suffering the consequences, but Westmoreland parish is too small in population. Also size that the police officers them cannot have the area under check, some what.
There is nowhere in the world can eliminated crimes 100%,but you can put some check on it. To a certain extent, but they want mobile vehicles in the areas.The government ministers them should used some different private, unmarked vehicles. Just like the United States, that the criminals don't know it police driving them. But the criminals knows the unmarked police 🚔 vehicles, in the United States 👍. You cannot know that it is police driving those vehicles, until they pulled you over. Becaused they drives 🚗 all different kinds vehicles, that is what Jamaica wants. That is one of the tragedy, the police officers should be using. Unrecognized vehicles, F150,pickup trucks, you named it and. The police would be able to catch some of those bad boys 👦 off guard, but most of the guys them. Knows the police unmarked cars 🚗, whether day or night 🌙. They can easily recognized that is the police coming, but you drive 🚗. Some different kinds of vehicles which they does not accustomed to see the police drives,you must catch some of them. Sometimes how you know that they are police officers, is when they turn on their flashing lights. But normally you cannot know that they are police officers them, because those vehicles is fully tinted. So you hardly can see into it, anyway they need better policing for the areas. Stop patrolling with too much mark vehicles flashing lights, because you are telling the criminals. That the police officers is coming, you need two unmarked police vehicles parked in the area. That they does not know it is police sitting in them,and invited a few a woman to go to the shops and. I bet you would catch a few of them criminals, because they does not have any ideas. That is police officers sitting in those vehicles awaiting them, and you will catch a few of them.

Right now, only place you see in Jamaica, where you see idlers and people hang out as daylight until night comes, is the bars. The bars in Jamaica are strip clubs now. They have naked women; no bras here, nothing on, standing before the bar saying they’re attracting customers. 1 o’clock 2 o’clock in the day when children coming from school. When the little children and little teenagers see this thing, what are the girls in Jamaica doing about that? You wanna tell me that this is part of the education of babes and settling the little children in fancy? I would advise the government; The system, at least by two years from now, they should have those bars moved away from the roadside. Bring them in more so that you can’t stand on the road or drive on the road and see them to accommodate their customers. Next thing: that is where all the criminals stand up and watch working people go in and come in, and then night they go and rob them. They need to re-correct the system. Few years ago, was more church than shop and supermarket. Now, there is more bar more than church and supermarket. So people living off of alcohol fall spirits and become more demonical. If you could check out what’s going on in Jamaica, you have to see for yourself; you cannot just stay in your chair and know what’s going on in Jamaica. Jamaica taken over by private whores, you know? Private whores.. They don’t no more go to a whore house or a strip club or whatsoever to find whores. They at the bars, at the supermarket, they at the gas station; everywhere they handle cash and on the front line. That’s where they exchange numbers. And you know, the next thing.. they sell their parts; they are private whores. The system destroying Jamaica; The nature of Jamaica. The type of music what they make playing in public, it is not normal. The children them are listening and the Almighty hears it. What is this you guys are sharing..? Hm?
