I have a 52 with the inline 6. it has been in my in laws garage in south Texas for over 30 years. just recently got it running with a ton of new parts. It runs like a sewing machine. you have a beautiful truck. I am very happy with my survivor.!!

Sounds great but I believe the 239 flathead was available in 53 for the first year of the f100

@@averyabood6155 I guess my wording was confusing. what I meant to say is it was the first year for the F100. Not to be confused with the F1. The flathead v8 was first available in 1932 Ford trucks. Communication error on my part I guess

My father had a white F1. I don't remember if the gear lever was on the column or on the floor.

My grand father owns one that’s been in the family for 72 years and not in the best of condition
