We're both OBSESSED with pasta now. Although I will say, we've not had any pasta come slightly close to Riccardo's. I feel like we'll forever be chasing something that's at least as good. Might have to just book his class again & go back for the real thing!!🤣
You guys really crack me up in this video! If I had to spend so much time trying to make those "noodles" oups ... I meant pasta, it would take a lot more than one bottle of wine while preparing these delicious Italian dishes, I would most likely be "probably drunk" even before I finished. Turned it off when the guy said " we're about cook some noodles", go to Asia if you want to cook noodles. In italy you cook pasta, not noodles.
