Hmm when I said wet blending I was referring to wet on wet blending… wet on dry/feathering I do find pretty ok. I think good contrast paint application is about putting the right amount of paint on the surface, wicking off access or adding more if the surface doesn’t have enough to ‘settle’ properly. I think I’ve got it to the point I’m quite happy with it 😁
