@@WormsEyeView Yup. They were bigger than the adult ladies' sizes I bought. I got something like an 11-year-old size, but I'm pretty sure they went up two more sizes after that.
10 pm... just sitting here kind of zoned out enjoying your shopping trip. You have pigeons we have crows. I heard an interesting fact about crows on our local news. Crows have great memory, and can remember people. If you are miserable to a crow.. not only will it be miserable to you, but he will tell his friends about you.. haha.. neat eh?.. hahah.. Great assortment of t-shirt.... love the patterned bra's. Enjoy the weekend.. see you next time.. I'm off to bed.. byeeeee 💝
Hee hee hee! I tend to find a less populated spot before vlogging in selfie mode but I have a good laugh while editing if I see passers by staring at me as I'm talking to the camera. I never notice them at the time as I tend to be looking right at the lens.
Outside Cardiff station looks so different now from when I was there! That huge building was just a hole in the ground! Now I gotta watch my old Cardiff vlogs to compare :)
H&M is where I got my new tee shirts and thank goodness their fitting room was open. I was shocked. In the past, I have measured my waist and bust line with a tape measure and then took the same measure tape into the store with me. It helped a little.
Primark do good t-shirts. My sister bought me some a few weeks ago. The cafe in Primark has been there since before March 2020 . Hope you and Izzy and IB have a lovely weekend 😍
The Primark kids' section is definitely underrated - I'm 5ft tall so the length is always better for me, and as a bonus, you don't pay VAT on kids' clothes! 💰
Standards in clothes sizing are so different these days - back in the day small was small, medium was medium and large was large. These days small seems more like a medium and a medium seems more like a large
A long time ago, doctors said pajamas where dangerous. The reasoning was bunk of course. They just did not like changing from night shirts. I rather dislike clothing shopping but we just must at times. I paid about $20 each for shirts but they last over 10 years.
That's amazing! They also used to prescribe cigarettes for asthma... yeah - it's definitely worth spending extra on clothes that really last. Sometimes buying cheaper ones can be a false economy.
Liked your shopping trip! Tees are my attire as well. Every time I see you in your masks, I realize that it’s not everywhere that can only wear medical masks. We are only allowed those- no cloth masks- so we have to keep buying big packs of them. I’d hate to know at the end of all this, how much we ended up spending on masks. I think that started back in the fall, too…..
Oh gosh! that sounds expensive... Mind you people are getting away with some very thin masks here, and sometimes just those one layer snood things that are meant as a neck warmer but pulled up over their nose and mouth.
Just thinking Imo .. Whats the update on your work for the future are there are future changes in the government guidelines for your music industry to return at some capacity .. Thanks for the shopping trip to Cardiff xxx Pamela in rainy London
Ahh good question. Well, I work in bands rather than as an individual so, I guess once things get moving again, we'll start to get bookings again. I expect I'll be doing open air pub gigs with my three-piece pub band first, as ceilidhs involve a lot of physical and/or close contact of the participants. We've got nothing in the book whatsoever at the moment which is why I'm diverting/investing my efforts into getting this channel off the ground for now, with a view to then having the channel AND music as my work once it gets going again... I did think we'd have a few gigs coming in soon, but now with this Delta strain that is suddenly cast into doubt again. Thanks for asking. x
Do remember that women are shaped differently than men, hence the bad fit for the shirts. Viva la difference! Life has gotten busy for us lately and I have been behind in my UA-cam watching. I have several episodes of the Life of Imo to catch up on. Thanks for another view of Cardiff.
Yes on the t shirt shopping. Very enjoyable.see ypu tomorrow Imo xx
I like the socially distanced escalators
I know! With the blue footprints! 😁
Looks like a win on the tee shirt shopping. Looks like a nice day in Cardiff
Looks like you made a feathered friend! 🕊
The sign on that building looked like it said it was a TV studio I think. I liked the self-distancing escalator.
Ah might be to do with the BBC. There was one right by it that was that or maybe S4C... can't remember off the top of my head.
so miss wanting to ride the train, have a good day's routine, healthy with you
Thanks! I love riding around on public transport and really missed it. Thanks so much for watching. x
Fitting in kids clothes! I haven't managed that in years!
I bet you haven't tried the teenage boys section in Primark lately? I think you would fit in some.
@@PlanetImo really?

Ha ha! That's funny about the crows. I've heard they are very intelligent. Thanks, Sandy. x
Getting lots done there Imo
Managed to miss this one! 😂
You are very brave blogging in the shops so good to see You out shopping again.

Whenever I am feeling a bit down I head for the Stationary section or better yet a Stationary store. I instantly forget whatever was bothering me.
Oh lovely. Sounds like a good tip. :¬)
Good video. Continue on your road on getting the silver play button
Aw, thank you!
You clothes are so inexpensive! That is great!
I was delighted! Thanks, Cat-Anne. x
I tend to prefer the mens section of the shirts too.
Yey! Vlog twin strikes again!
Just found your channel a week ago and been binging your output. Love your down to earth personality
Aw, thank you so much, Ralph! :¬)

That's a good idea. :¬)
Oh yes I forgot about those tops.
It is still amazing to me how much your shopping areas and stores look identical to ours. I bought the same tee shirts and one striped one.
😁
You got good deals on those tee shirts.
I DID! I know where to go for them next time. :¬)
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, you are a legend.
Oooh thank you! 😁 Thanks so much for watching.

They DO! I hadn't realised until this shopping trip. My friend today told me the Primark café does a nice rainbow cake 😁 Thanks, Sally! :¬)
Havent been to cardiff for 6 yrs looks so different 😮my daughter went couple weeks ago with her friends she brought me back some welsch cakes 😋

Dunno. One subscriber thinks it might be a TV company building?

It's mystifying me - they seem inconsistent even within a brand.

Where's izzy during term time? :)
She's been staying with my dad to get to college quicker from there. Sometimes he helps with lifts, too. :¬) Thanks, Anna.
@@PlanetImo oh I see :) makes sense x
That's funny the kids sizes work. Was there much of a price difference from adult? I think it was no..
I think they were about the same price, although in theory you pay less tax on kids' clothing and footwear...
I've found it hard to find t-shirts that fit me right - medium is just too small and large is too big, I need a size in between medium and large
Yes! It's been quite the challenge for me too, of late. I seem to be sorted for now at least, though.
I say Primark like primeval.... actually I call it Primarny
Ignorant question from me... why do you take the train instead of drive?
I don’t drive. I had many lessons for about a year, about once a week, but couldn’t get over the terror so in the end I decided it just wasn’t for me.

They do nice leggings in H&M.
Hi i used to get large boys t shirts age 15 to 16 and you pay less as there kids.👍
Yey! 😀
