20 MINUTE KILLER BODYWEIGHT HIIT WORKOUT
Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise one after the other for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds. After you complete 10 exercises, rest for 60 and repeat.
1. Jumping Jacks (4) to 10 High Knees
2. Push UP Alternate Leg Raise
3. Forward to Reverse Lunge Switch Jumps
4. Bike knee - cross toe touch
5. Chest to Ground Burpee Kick Outs
6. Alternating Single to Double Superman Shoulder Press
7. Wide-Reg-Close-Jump Squats
8. crab stance knee/foot taps
9. Plank Hip Dips and Plank Raise
10. Jumping lunge Burpees

Not for the faint of heart! But man if this isn't one of the best cardio workouts I have ever done! Was feeling too sore to do my weights today so I opted for a quick but insanely affective burner to start my day! Thanks Funk! Your workouts helped me through the pandemic. You're the man. I love these guys but this workout is not for the common 45+ year old crowd...you have to be an athletic person, meaning working out somewhat often and even being a prior athlete like these 2

Great workout
Been doing health keto for over 4 yrs . Was in best shape of my life at around 175 .
Wuhan happened now 196 need to get back to 180 . Took me one year to gain those extra lbs 10/20 _ 10/21

During the first 5 minutes I thought it is a nice warm up. But these 20 minutes are intensive. This workout is great as a morning or evening routine. Thank you very much, Mrs. and Mr. Roberts!

Thank you for the workout i really do appreciate you both, i am 56 and still trying to go strong, i do alot of different workouts on utube but there aren't to many for women over 56 for my age , so i do all the younger workouts and its great and i love it but also cant jump like i used too back when i was in my 20, 30's and 40's even when i was 50 it seemed easier , 😄your workouts are Challenging and easy on my knees also thank you so much
