SHIFT TECH EXPLAINED as you can see from the video the shift boosted the catch rate by 89% jump height goes from 20 studs to 30 due to these boost our tech may not work sometimes but will work you must be superior and confident to boost the catch rate to 100% and jump to 35 as if now, msers have 2% to catch therefore they will fail mathematically for shifting our 2% would go to 89% or 100% be cause the velocity from the air will boost you from a graph chart we would see those go up as learning our catch rates are a boost of 2.27x Simple version, we are just good at the game.

shift is better than 3rd person but is harder to use for most
No it’s not. Your jumps aren’t as high. Your magging possibility is lower. But for regular third person. It’s better for lobs and mags. Shift is better for comeback routes and slant routes. So that’s why I use both and just switch in and out of it. If you learn techs that involve both shift and regular 3rd person. You will become 2x better.
