No it’s not. Your jumps aren’t as high. Your magging possibility is lower. But for regular third person. It’s better for lobs and mags. Shift is better for comeback routes and slant routes. So that’s why I use both and just switch in and out of it. If you learn techs that involve both shift and regular 3rd person. You will become 2x better.
